Cleaning Recommendations and Important Warnings
Cleaning Recommendations
- Use only cleaning materials explicitly approved for this application.
- Avoid cleaning agents containing hydrochloric acid, formic acid, chlorine bleach, or acetic acid, as they can cause irreparable damage.
- Phosphoric acid cleaners are conditionally applicable.
- Do not mix cleaning agents.
- Avoid abrasive cleaning materials or tools, such as scouring powders, rough sponges, or microfiber cloths.
- Always follow the cleaning agent manufacturer's instructions regarding dosage and contact time.
- Regular cleaning helps prevent limescale buildup.
- When using spray cleaners, spray onto a cloth first, not directly onto the fixture, to prevent liquid from entering openings and causing damage.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water after cleaning to remove all residues.
- Steam cleaners are not permitted due to high temperatures potentially damaging the products.
Important Warnings
- Residues from body care products (liquid soaps, shampoos, shower gels) can also cause damage. Rinse thoroughly with water after use.
- On already damaged surfaces, cleaning agents can worsen the damage.
- Components with damaged surfaces must be exchanged to prevent injury risks.
- Damage caused by improper handling is not covered by the warranty.
- Install filtration equipment (e.g., corner valve with filter) in the water supply system as per warranty conditions.
