Getting Started
Pairing Your Earbuds
- Remove the protective tab from the earbuds and close the charging case.
- Place the earbuds in the case. The indicator light on the earbud will blink blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair.
- Open the Bluetooth settings on your first device.
- Turn on Bluetooth and select "JLab GO Pods ANC" from the list of available devices to connect.
- A voice prompt "Bluetooth connected" will be heard, and the indicator lights will turn off, signifying a successful connection.
Multipoint Connection
Connect to two devices simultaneously:
- Once your first device is connected, turn off Bluetooth in its settings. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth Pairing mode.
- Enter your second device's Bluetooth settings and connect to "JLab GO Pods ANC".
Finding Your Fit
Experiment with all included ear tip sizes to achieve the best fit and a proper seal for optimal sound and comfort. Insert the earbud into your ear canal and rotate slightly to adjust for a secure fit.
Controls
Manage your audio and calls with intuitive touch controls:
Left Earbud
- Single Tap: Volume Down ?
- Double Tap: Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/OK Google) ?️
- Press and Hold (2 seconds): Cycle through Noise Control modes (ANC On/Off) ?/?
Right Earbud
- Single Tap: Play/Pause ▶️
- Double Tap: Next Track ⏩
- Press and Hold (2 seconds): Cycle through EQ modes ?️
- Tap: Answer or End Call ?
- Press and Hold (1 second): Reject Incoming Call ?
Charging
Charging the Earbuds
Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically power off and begin charging. The case's indicator light will show the charging status.
Charging the Case
Connect the charging case to a computer or a USB-C power source using the provided USB-C cable.
Charging Indicators:
- Case: Pulsing Red = Charging
- Case: Solid Green = Fully Charged
- Case: Blinks 3x Red = Battery less than 25%
JLab App
Enhance your GO Pods ANC experience by downloading the JLab App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The app allows you to customize features and update your earbuds with the latest software.

Resetting Your Earbuds
To reset your GO Pods ANC and forget previously connected devices, press and hold the button on the charging case for 3 seconds.
