Installation

• Install the TV near an AC power outlet that is easily accessible for plugging and unplugging.
• If using a wall mount, it is recommended to use an authorized mount. Ensure correct screw diameter and length to prevent TV falls or internal damage.

Moving

• Disconnect all cables before moving the TV.
• For large TVs, at least two people are needed for safe handling. Avoid applying pressure to the LED panel and prevent excessive shaking or vibrations.
• Use original packaging materials when moving the TV for repairs or to a new location.

Ventilation

• Do not cover ventilation holes or insert objects into the TV case.
• Ensure adequate space around the TV for proper ventilation.

AC Power Cord

Handling Problems

If the AC power cord is damaged, the AC outlet is unsuitable, the TV is damaged due to impact, or an object falls into the case, immediately turn off the TV, unplug the AC power cord, and contact a qualified Xiaomi repair center.

Stability Hazard

A falling television can cause serious injury or death. Never place the TV in an unstable location. To prevent injuries, especially to children:

• Always use furniture, stands, or mounting methods recommended by the manufacturer.
• Ensure furniture can safely support the TV.
• Make sure the TV does not overhang the edge of the supporting furniture.
• Educate children about the dangers of climbing furniture to reach the TV.

• Do not place the TV on cloth or other materials between the TV and furniture.
• Keep tempting items like toys and remote controls away from the top of the TV or furniture.

Usage Restrictions

Do not install or use the TV in the following places, environments, or conditions to avoid malfunction, fire, electric shock, damage, or personal injury:

• Places: Outdoors (direct sunlight), near the sea, on ships, in cars, medical institutions, unstable locations, or near water, rain, moisture, or mildew. Exposure to air in public baths or spas may cause damage.
• Environment: Hot, damp, or dusty places; areas prone to insects; places exposed to mechanical shock; near flammable objects (like candles). Avoid exposure to dripping or splashing water. Do not place liquid-filled items on the TV. Avoid damp or dusty rooms, or areas with steam or fumes (near stoves or humidifiers). Do not boil water, heat food, or use mosquito coils near the TV.
• Conditions: Do not use with wet hands, an open case, or unauthorized accessories. During lightning storms, disconnect the TV from the AC power. Do not install the TV outdoors. Failure to comply may result in injury or damage.

Damage to TV Screen

Do not throw objects at the TV, as this can break the screen and cause serious injury. If the screen surface is damaged, do not touch the TV until the AC power cord is unplugged to avoid electric shock.

Precautions
