Installation

Location: Install the TV near an easily accessible AC power outlet.

Wall Mounting: If installing a wall mount, use an authorized mount. Ensure correct screw diameter and length for the specific model to prevent falls or damage. The bolts used must meet specific requirements (e.g., M6x25mm for L75MB-APEU).

Moving: Disconnect all cables before moving. Requires at least two people for large TVs. Avoid pressure on the LED panel, shaking, or excessive vibrations. Use original packaging for transport.

Ventilation: Do not cover ventilation holes or insert objects. Maintain adequate space around the TV for airflow.

AC Power Cord: Use the provided AC power cord and socket. Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the 200-240V AC outlet. Unplug the cord for safety when connecting other cables. Keep the cord away from heat. Regularly clean the plug. Avoid pinching, bending, or twisting the cord. Do not place heavy objects on the cord. Do not pull the cord when disconnecting power. Avoid overloading the outlet. Use only suitable outlets.

Important Safety Precautions

General Safety: Follow all instructions to avoid fire, electric shock, damage, or personal injury.

Children: Keep small objects out of reach to prevent swallowing.

Problem Handling: If the AC power cord is damaged, the outlet is unsuitable, the TV is damaged, or liquid/solid objects enter the case, turn off the TV, unplug it immediately, and contact Xiaomi service.

Stability Hazard: Never place the TV on an unstable surface. Ensure furniture can safely support the TV and that it does not overhang. Educate children about climbing dangers. Route cables safely. Never place the TV on tall furniture without anchoring. Avoid placing on cloth or other materials between the TV and furniture. Keep tempting items like toys off the TV or furniture.

Usage Restrictions: Do not install/use outdoors, near the sea, on ships, in cars, medical institutions, unstable locations, near water, or in places exposed to rain, moisture, or mildew. Avoid hot, damp, dusty, insect-prone, or mechanically shocking environments. Keep away from flammable objects. Do not expose to water. Do not place liquid-filled items on the TV. Avoid steam or fumes. Do not use with wet hands, open case, or unauthorized accessories. Disconnect during lightning storms. Failure to comply may result in injury or damage.

Screen Damage: Do not throw objects at the TV. If the screen is damaged, do not touch before unplugging to avoid electric shock.

Operating Conditions: Operating temperature: 0°C-40°C; Storage temperature: -15°C-45°C; Relative humidity: <80%.

Precautions: Watch TV in appropriate lighting. Prolonged viewing in insufficient light can damage eyesight. The screen and case get hot during operation, which is normal. DTS-CD bitstream decoding from HDMI IN is not supported.

Screen/Case Cleaning: Disconnect power before cleaning. Use a soft cloth. Do not spray water/detergent directly. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh cleaners, volatile liquids. Regular cleaning of vents is recommended.
