Getting Started

Step 1: Unpacking Your TV ?

Carefully open the packaging box. Remove the TV, remote control, stand components, and any accessories. The available screen sizes are 43 inches and 55 inches. The stand attachment requires ST5x4 screws.

Step 2: Attaching the Stands

With assistance from another person, lift the TV. Attach the first stand component to the designated area on the TV.

Place the TV on a soft, stable surface like a table ?️. Attach the second stand component securely.

Step 4: Final Placement and Connections

Position the TV in its desired location. The rear panel features various ports and the power button ⏻.

Installation

Install the TV near an easily accessible AC power outlet. For wall mounting, use an authorized TV wall mount. Ensure correct screw diameter and length to prevent the TV from falling or sustaining internal damage.

Moving the TV

Always disconnect all cables before moving. Large TVs require at least two people for safe handling. Avoid applying pressure to the LED panel, shaking the TV, or exposing it to excessive vibrations. Use the original packaging for transport.

Ventilation

Do not cover ventilation holes or insert objects into the case. Maintain adequate space around the TV for proper airflow.

AC Power Cord Safety

Insert the AC power plug fully into the outlet. Use a 200-240V AC power supply. Unplug the cord when connecting or disconnecting cables. Avoid tripping hazards. Keep the cord away from heat sources. Clean the plug regularly to prevent dust buildup, which can cause a fire risk. Do not pinch, bend, modify, or twist the cord. Do not place heavy objects on the cord. Do not pull the cord to disconnect power. Avoid overloading the same AC power outlet. Use only suitable AC power outlets.

Keep small objects out of children's reach to prevent accidental swallowing.

Optional Items

Keep optional accessories or devices emitting electromagnetic radiation away from the TV to prevent image distortion or noise.

In Case of Problems

If the AC power cord is damaged, the outlet is unsuitable, the TV is damaged from impact, or foreign objects enter the case, immediately turn off the TV, unplug the AC power cord, and contact a qualified service center.

Stability Hazard

A falling TV can cause serious injury or death. Never place the TV on an unstable location. Always use cabinets or stands recommended by the manufacturer. Ensure furniture can safely support the TV and that it does not overhang the edge. Educate children about the dangers of climbing furniture. Route cables to prevent tripping. Never place the TV on tall furniture without anchoring both. Do not place the TV on cloth or other materials between the TV and furniture. Keep tempting items like toys away from the TV's top surface.

Usage Restrictions

Do not install or use the TV in places exposed to direct sunlight, by the sea, on ships, in cars, medical institutions, unstable locations, near water, rain, moisture, or mildew. Avoid places with high humidity or steam, such as public baths or areas near stoves/humidifiers, as this can cause malfunction or damage. Do not place items containing liquids, like vases, on the TV. Avoid places with insects or flammable objects. Do not use the TV with wet hands, an open case, or unauthorized accessories.

Conditions to Avoid

In case of a lightning storm ⛈️, disconnect the TV from the AC power. Do not install the TV in an open-air location. Failure to comply may result in injury or damage.

TV Screen Safety

Do not throw objects at the TV screen, as this can cause serious injury if the screen breaks. If the screen surface is damaged, do not touch the TV before unplugging the AC power cord to avoid electric shock.

General Precautions

Watch TV in appropriate lighting conditions to protect eyesight. The screen and case may become hot during operation, which is normal. The TV does not support the decoding of DTS-CD bitstream coming from HDMI IN.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Ensure the AC power cord is disconnected before cleaning. Use a soft cloth to remove dust. For stubborn dirt, use a soft cloth moistened with a mild detergent. Do not spray water or detergent directly onto the TV. Avoid scrub pads, alkaline/acid cleaners, scouring powder, or volatile liquids (alcohol, thinners, insecticides). Clean vents regularly for proper ventilation. Move the TV slowly when adjusting its angle.
