Basic Panel Operation - Keypad Indicators
The Ready light (green check on the right of the main screen) must be on in order to arm the system. If this is not the case, ensure all protected doors and windows are secure or bypassed.
- Away Arming: Hold down the AWAY button for 2 seconds or enter a valid user code and leave premises using a door programmed as Delay.
- Stay Arming: Requires zone definitions (05 – Interior Stay/Away, 06, Delay Stay/Away or 32 Instant Stay/Away). Hold down the STAY button for 2 seconds or enter a valid user code and stay within the premises.
- Night Arming: You must have night zone type programmed into the panel. Night arming can be performed using the Customer Website and app when arming the system Stay, or press [*][1] at the panel when Armed to Stay to switch the Arming status to Arm Night.
Important: Night arming only shows if the panel has sensors learned in as zone group 12 for night arming.
- Disarming: Upon entering via a Delay programmed door, disarm by entering a valid user code at the panel, present a proximity tag, or use a wireless key.
