First-Time Setup
1. Automatic Earbud Connection
Press and hold both buttons for more than 3 seconds to turn ON. One earbud will flash blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair with your device.

2. Connect via Bluetooth
On your device's settings, select "JLab JBuds Air ANC". Two beeps followed by solid white lights will indicate you are connected.
Device Settings:
- Open Bluetooth settings.
- Select "JLab JBuds Air ANC".
Adding New / Additional Bluetooth Devices:
Turn OFF Bluetooth on any previously connected device. Turn ON Bluetooth on the new device. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. To connect, select "JLab JBuds Air ANC" in the new device's settings.
Button Functions
Left Earbud
- Volume Down: Single Tap
- Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android): Double Tap ?️
- Awareness Mode / ANC ON / ANC OFF: Press and hold for more than 1 second.
- Power Off: Press and hold for more than 3 seconds.
- Change EQ: Triple Tap ?️
Right Earbud
- Volume Up: Single Tap
- Answer Call: Single Tap
- End Call: Double Tap
- Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold for more than 1 second.
- Play / Pause: Double Tap ▶️ / ⏸️
- Next Track: Press and hold for more than 1 second. ⏭️
- Power Off: Press and hold for more than 3 seconds.
- Change EQ: Triple Tap ?️
Audio Cues
- Power On: Beep
- Connected to Bluetooth: Two Beeps
- Low Battery (Below 20%): "Low battery" voice prompt
- Power Off: Beep
Music / Movie Mode:
Press and hold both touch sensors simultaneously for more than 3 seconds to switch between modes.
Powering Off Without Charging Case:
Turn off your device's Bluetooth. The earbuds will automatically power off after 3 minutes.
Customizable EQ Sound Modes
Triple-tap the right or left earbud for different EQ settings. The JBuds Air ANC will cycle through 3 EQ presets.
- JLab Signature Mode (One Beep): JLab C3™ signature sound with amplified highs and mids.
- Balanced Mode (Two Beeps): Balanced sound with no additional adjustments.
- Bass Boost Mode (Three Beeps): Enhanced bass and sub-bass frequencies.
Charging the Earbuds
1. Charging
Match the L and R letters on the earbuds to the corresponding slots in the charging case for proper charging. The earbuds will automatically turn OFF and begin charging. Blue lights indicate charging is in progress and will turn OFF when fully charged.

2. Auto Reconnect
The earbuds will automatically turn ON and reconnect to your device when removed from the case.
Charging Case
Connect the JBuds Air ANC to a computer or device with a USB 5V 1A output (or less). The LEDs will pulse white during charging and remain solid white when fully charged.

Fit
Experiment with all included Cush Fins™ and ear tips for the best fit and proper sound isolation. The Cush Fin should be aligned, positioning its contour around the microphone opening.

Troubleshooting
No Audio in One Earbud or Earbuds Turned Off (Manual Reset)
- On your Bluetooth device settings, select "Forget JBuds Air ANC".
- Open the charging case and keep the earbuds inside.
- On one earbud, rapidly tap the touch sensor 7 times. The light will flash blue 3 times and then turn off. Repeat the same steps for the other earbud.
- Wait 10 seconds, then open the charging case. Wait until one earbud flashes blue/white. It is now ready to pair with your device.

Call Echo Issues
If you notice echo or poor call quality with the JBuds Air ANC, ensure the Cush Fin is not blocking the microphone port.

Quick Tips
- Either earbud can connect to your device and be used independently. Simply remove an earbud from the charging case, and it will automatically power on and connect.
- Choosing the correct ear tip significantly improves audio quality due to proper seal and isolation. For best results, try all included ear tips.
Warning & Care
Important Notice:
Thoroughly dry the earbuds before placing them in the charging case to prevent any damage to the case. The earbuds are sweat/water resistant, but the charging case is not. ?
Warnings:
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
- Earwax buildup on the ear tips can reduce sound quality. Carefully remove earwax with a cotton swab or small tool to improve sound.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or discontinue use temporarily.
- If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, stop use and consult your doctor.
- Treat your earbuds like sunglasses: store them in a safe place when not in use.
