Product Introduction

This is a high-performance intelligent multiple frequency scanning display utilizing active matrix thin film transistor LED-backlit LCD technology. The display is controlled via microcomputer MCU digital technology, making it compact and lightweight, suitable for narrow working spaces.

Power On/Off:

Signal Cable Connection

Connect the signal cable to the HDMI or DP signal output port on the PC, then connect the other end to the corresponding signal input port on the LCD.

Headset Connection

After connecting the headset, audio output will be available. The display also supports external loudspeakers.

USB Upgrade

USB 2.0: 5V = 0.5A. The USB port is exclusively for updating display firmware from a USB mobile device. Do not insert any other devices.

Power Indicator

A constant indicator signifies normal operation. A flashing indicator means no signal. In energy-saving mode, the display will resume normal operation when a signal is provided. The display remains powered on in standby mode. Unplug the power cord when not in use for safety.

Base And Wall Mount

Installing the Base:

Refer to the diagrams for base installation. The display can rotate 20 degrees left and right and tilt -5 to -20 degrees.

Removing the Base:

Follow the provided instructions to remove the entire base.

Wall Mounting:

The display supports 100mm x 100mm VESA wall mounting. Ensure a mounting location with adequate clearance (at least 30cm from the ceiling, 10cm from sides and top, 10cm from the bottom). Wall mounting screw size: M4*10mm.

Working Environment Requirements

Ventilation

Ensure adequate space around the display for ventilation (refer to diagram). Do not cover ventilation holes or insert objects into the shell. Avoid placing the display in confined spaces without proper ventilation, such as a built-in closet.

Installation Guide

Safety Protection

If the PC video signal frequency exceeds the display's range, the display will disable sync signals to protect itself. Reset the PC's output frequency to an acceptable range for proper operation.

Power Management System

Remark: Technical specifications are subject to change without prior notice. In case of discrepancies between the User Guide and actual operation, the latter prevails.

Simple Problems Disposal

Symptoms Disposal Methods
Blank screen / Power indicator does not work Check power supply connections to the display and socket. Ensure the display is turned on.
Blurred images (too large or too small) Go to "Image Settings" and select "Image Auto Adjust" (VGA only).
Dark screen Adjust contrast and brightness in the "Display" menu.
Display overheating Ensure at least 10cm of ventilated space around the display. Do not place objects on the display.
Dark/light spots when powered on This is normal due to initial temperature differences. The backlight will normalize after about 20 minutes.
Image distortion, flashing, shaking Check computer configuration, select the correct resolution, and reset the refresh rate.
Noisy signal when powered off This may be caused by normal discharge during power-off.

Important Safety Precautions

  1. Read all instructions carefully before use.
  2. Unplug the power cord before cleaning. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth; use LCD screen cleaner for stubborn stains.
  3. Use only manufacturer-recommended accessories.
  4. When unplugging, hold the power plug, not the cord.
  5. Do not place the display near water or in damp environments. Do not press the LCD screen surface with fingers or hard objects.
  6. Ensure adequate ventilation; do not block heat dissipation holes. Avoid placing near radiators or heaters, or in embedded devices without proper ventilation.
  7. Use only the specified power supply type. Consult your dealer if unsure.
  8. The three-prong plug ensures grounding. If your socket is incompatible, contact an electrician.
  9. Do not attempt self-repair; contact qualified personnel.
  10. Unplug the power cord and contact qualified personnel if: the cord/plug is damaged, the display is dropped, or any abnormality occurs.
  11. Place the display in a well-ventilated environment away from strong light, high temperature, or humidity.
  12. Store the display between -20°C and 55°C to prevent permanent damage.
  13. The monitor screen is fragile; handle with care during movement.

Product Warranty Card

Fill out the warranty card and return it when applying for warranty service. The warranty covers three years from the purchase date or as per contract. Cases not covered include damage from natural disasters, improper use, or user disassembly. Warranty liability is limited to product maintenance.
