Base And Wall Mount
1. Installing the Base:
Description of Diagram: An illustration shows the base being attached to the monitor stand. First, the base is fastened to the stand with three M4×16 screws. Then, the base is tilted in the direction of a second arrow and installed into the backshell hole. Finally, it is pressed and locked in the direction of a third arrow.
2. If you want to remove the whole base, do the following:
Description of Diagram: An illustration shows the process of removing the base. First, push upward the slider near the VESA cap on the base. Then, lift and take out the base along the arrow direction.
3. Rotating lifting bracket
Description of Diagram: An illustration shows the monitor on its stand, indicating that the screen can be rotated left and right (up to 20 degrees), lifted up and down, and pitched back and forth (from -5 to 20 degrees).
- Can be rotated left and right.
- Can be lifted up and down.
- Can be pitched back and forth.
Use M4 screws 100×100mm
Description of Diagram: A diagram illustrates a 100mm × 100mm VESA mounting pattern on the back of the monitor, with screw holes for M4 screws. The recommended screw length for wall mounting is 8mm. A wall mounting bracket needs to be purchased separately.
Keys And Interfaces
Description of Diagram: A front view of the monitor shows a joystick control and a power indicator light located at the bottom center. A rear view displays the various input ports: DC power input, USB, HDMI 1, HDMI 2, DisplayPort 1, and DisplayPort 2.
Initial Shortcut Keys
- ↑ Signal Source Input: Move Up
- ↓ Luminance: Move Down
- ← Shortcut Key for Gaming Assistance: Exit and Return Previous Menu
- → Shortcut Key for Preset: Open Sub-menu and Select an Option
- Turn on the display: By short-pressing.
- Turn off the display: By pressing and holding for 3 seconds.
Signal Cable Connection
Connect the signal cable to the HDMI or DP signal output port on the PC, then connect the other end of the signal cable to the corresponding signal input port on the LCD.
Headset Connection
After connecting the headset, audio will be output, and external loudspeakers are supported.
Upgrade through USB
The USB port is only used to update display firmware from a USB mobile device. Do not insert any other devices.
Power Indicator
The blue indicator represents the proper functioning of the display; the red flash indicator represents no signal state. Under the energy conservation state, the display will normally work if the signal is provided again. The display is still powered on in the standby state. Unplug the power cord when the display is not in use for safety.
Mounting Location
Description of Diagram: Two diagrams illustrate recommended clearances for mounting. For wall installation, a minimum of 10cm clearance is required on all sides (top, bottom, left, right) and 30cm from the wall. For base installation, a minimum of 10cm clearance is required on all sides (top, bottom, left, right) and 30cm from the base. Both diagrams indicate that ventilation is affected if these clearances are not maintained.
- Please leave at least 10cm of space around the display as shown in the figure.
- Do not cover the ventilation holes or insert anything into the shell.
- Unless there are proper ventilation conditions and adequate ventilation space around the display, do not place the display within a limited space, such as a book cabinet or a built-in closet.
Installation Guide
- The display should be installed near an AC power socket that can be easily plugged.
- It is recommended to use suitable wall mount brackets or a base for safety purposes.
- To prevent injury, the display should be placed on a smooth horizontal plane, or fixed on a firm wall.
- If wall installation is required, it should be done by professional technicians. Improper display installation may cause instability.
- Do not place the display where it may be subjected to mechanical vibration.
- Do not place the display where insects may enter.
- Do not place the display directly facing an air conditioner, or the internal panel may condense, leading to faults.
- Do not place the display where there is a strong electromagnetic field, as it will be interfered with and damaged by electromagnetic waves.

Simple Problems Disposal
Symptoms | Disposal Methods |
---|---|
1. Blank screen / Power indicator does not work | Check whether the power supply is in good contact with the display and the power socket; and check whether the display is turned off. |
2. Blurred, too large or too small images | Go to the "Image Settings" category menu and select "Image Auto Adjust" to make the monitor adjust automatically to correct. (Only available for monitors with VGA) |
3. Dark screen | Enter the "Brightness & Contrast" menu to regulate the contrast and the brightness of the display. |
4. Display overheating | Leave at least 10cm of ventilated space around the display. Do not place articles on the display. |
5. Dark/light spots when powered on | It is normal. Because of the temperature difference in the environment, the backlit tube emits uneven light at the initial stage after the display turns on. However, the backlit tube will emit normal light after 20 minutes, and the dark/light spots will be eliminated at that time. |
6. Image distortion, flashing, shaking | Check your computer configuration, choose the correct resolution, and reset your refresh rate. |
7. Noisy signal when powered off | During the power-off of the display, there may be some noisy signals on the screen caused by the normal discharge. |
Safety Protection
When the PC video signal exceeds the frequency range of the display, the display will disable the line and field synchronizing signals to protect the display. Under this circumstance, the output frequency of the PC must be set to an acceptable range for the display to work properly.
Power Management System
Mode | Power Consumption | Remark |
---|---|---|
Normal Operation | ≤65W | All technical specifications in the User Guide and on the external packing are allowed to change without prior notice. If there is a subtle difference between the User Guide and the actual operation, the latter shall prevail. |
Standby | ≤0.5W |
Important Safety Precautions
- Please read all instructions carefully before using the product.
- When cleaning the display, unplug the power cord. Wipe the display with a soft wet cloth instead of liquid or spray cleaner. Use LCD screen cleaner for stubborn stains.
- Do not use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer, as they may be dangerous.
- When unplugging the power cord of the display or the power adapter, hold the power plug with your hand rather than directly pulling the power cord.
- Do not place the display near water, such as bathtub, washbasin, kitchen sink, or washing machine. Do not place the display on wet ground, or near a swimming pool. Do not use fingers or hard objects to press the surface of the LCD screen.
- The grooves and holes on the shell or at the back and bottom of the display are designed for ventilation and heat dissipation. Do not put the display on the bed, sofa, carpet, or other similar surfaces to prevent heat dissipation holes from blocking. Do not place the display near or above a radiator or heater. Do not place the display in an embedded device unless adequate ventilation is provided.
- Only the power supply type shown on the nameplate can be used for the display. Consult the display dealer or local power supply administration if you have doubts about your power supply type.
- For safety, the display or the power adapter uses a power cord with a three-prong plug, whose third prong must be properly grounded when used with a properly grounded socket. If your socket cannot match the plug, contact an electrician to replace your original socket to ensure safety.
- As you may face high voltage or other dangers after removing the shell, do not repair the display yourself. It can be repaired by qualified maintenance personnel.
- Unplug the power cord of the display or the power adapter from the socket, and contact qualified maintenance personnel for repair when the following cases occur:
- The power cord or the plug is damaged or worn out.
- The display has been dropped from high or the shell is damaged.
- Any obvious abnormality indicates a necessary repair.
- Please place the display in a well-ventilated environment, away from strong light, high temperature, or humidity.
- The room temperature for display storage is -20°C~55°C, or it may be permanently damaged.
- The monitor screen is fragile, so please be careful when moving or handling it!
