Product Introduction
The KTC H27T27 is a high-performance intelligent multiple frequency scanning display. It utilizes an active matrix thin-film transistor LED-backlit LCD panel and is controlled via microcomputer MCU digital technology. Its compact and lightweight design makes it suitable for narrow working spaces.

Keys and Interfaces
Monitor Controls:
- Power Indicator: Indicates the operational status of the display.
- Joystick: Used for navigating menus and making selections.
Initial Shortcut Keys:
- ↑ (Up): Signal Source Input / Move Up
- ↓ (Down): Luminance / Move Down
- Shortcut Key for Gaming Assistance: Accesses preset gaming modes.
- Preset Modes: Quick selection of display presets.
- Shortcut Button: Turn on the display by short-pressing. Turn off by pressing and holding for 3 seconds.
- Menu Navigation: Enter Function Menu, Open Sub-menu, Select Option, Exit and Return Previous Menu.
Signal Cable Connection
Connect the signal cable (HDMI or DP) from your PC's output port to the corresponding input port on the LCD monitor.
Headset Connection
Connect headphones to the audio output port. External loudspeakers are also supported.
Power Indicator Status
- Constant: Normal operation.
- Flashing: No signal detected.
- The display remains powered on in standby mode. Unplug the power cord when not in use for safety.
About the Base
Installing the Base
- Insert the base into the support to fix it.
- Install the base in the direction of the arrow into the hole position to lock it.
Removing the Base
- Press down on the snap and push the base back firmly.
- Pinch both sides of the base snap and pull the bracket out with force.
The bracket allows tilting the screen up and down between -15° and +5°.
Installation Guide
- Install the display near an easily accessible AC power socket.
- Use the provided base for safety.
- Place the display on a smooth horizontal surface to prevent injury.
- Avoid placing the display where it may be subjected to mechanical vibration.
- Do not place the display where insects may enter.
- Avoid placing the display directly facing an air conditioner to prevent condensation and faults.
- Do not place the display in areas with strong electromagnetic fields, as it may be interfered with and damaged.

Ventilation
- Maintain at least 10cm of space around the display for ventilation.
- Do not cover ventilation holes or insert objects into the shell.
- Avoid placing the display in confined spaces without adequate ventilation, such as built-in closets.
Simple Problems Disposal
Symptom | Disposal Method |
---|---|
Blank screen / Power indicator does not work | Check power supply connection to the display and socket. Ensure the display is turned on. |
Blurred too large or too small images | Use the "Image Auto Adjust" function in the "Image Settings" menu (VGA only). |
Dark screen | Adjust brightness and contrast in the "Brightness & Contrast" menu. |
Display overheating | Ensure at least 10cm of ventilated space around the display. Do not place objects on the display. |
Dark/light spots when powered on | This is normal initially due to temperature differences. The backlight will normalize after about 20 minutes. |
Image distortion, flashing, shaking | Check PC configuration, select the correct resolution, and reset the refresh rate. |
Noisy signal when powered off | This may be due to normal discharge during power-off. |
Safety Protection
If the PC video signal exceeds the display's frequency range, the display will disable sync signals to protect itself. Adjust the PC's output frequency to an acceptable range for proper operation.

Important Safety Precautions
- Read all instructions before use.
- Unplug the power cord before cleaning. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth; use LCD screen cleaner for stubborn stains.

- When unplugging, hold the power plug, not the cord.
- Keep the display away from water sources and wet areas. Do not press the LCD screen surface with fingers or hard objects.
- Ensure ventilation by not blocking vents and avoiding placement near radiators or heaters. Do not place in embedded devices without adequate ventilation.
- Use only the specified power supply type. Consult your dealer if unsure.
- The three-prong plug requires a properly grounded socket for safety. Contact an electrician if your socket is incompatible.
- Do not attempt self-repair; contact qualified personnel.
- Unplug and contact qualified personnel if the power cord is damaged, the display is dropped, the shell is damaged, or any abnormality occurs.
- Place the display in a well-ventilated environment away from strong light, high temperature, and humidity.
- Store the display between -20°C and 55°C to prevent permanent damage.
- Handle the monitor screen with care as it is fragile.
