Product Introduction

The KTC H27T27 is a high-performance intelligent multiple frequency scanning display. It utilizes an active matrix thin-film transistor LED-backlit LCD panel and is controlled via microcomputer MCU digital technology. Its compact and lightweight design makes it suitable for narrow working spaces.

Signal Cable Connection

Connect the signal cable (HDMI or DP) from your PC's output port to the corresponding input port on the LCD monitor.

Headset Connection

Connect headphones to the audio output port. External loudspeakers are also supported.

About the Base

Installing the Base

  1. Insert the base into the support to fix it.
  2. Install the base in the direction of the arrow into the hole position to lock it.

Removing the Base

  1. Press down on the snap and push the base back firmly.
  2. Pinch both sides of the base snap and pull the bracket out with force.

The bracket allows tilting the screen up and down between -15° and +5°.

Blank screen / Power indicator does not workCheck power supply connection to the display and socket. Ensure the display is turned on.
Blurred too large or too small imagesUse the "Image Auto Adjust" function in the "Image Settings" menu (VGA only).
Dark screenAdjust brightness and contrast in the "Brightness & Contrast" menu.
Display overheatingEnsure at least 10cm of ventilated space around the display. Do not place objects on the display.
Dark/light spots when powered onThis is normal initially due to temperature differences. The backlight will normalize after about 20 minutes.
Image distortion, flashing, shakingCheck PC configuration, select the correct resolution, and reset the refresh rate.
Noisy signal when powered offThis may be due to normal discharge during power-off.

Safety Protection

If the PC video signal exceeds the display's frequency range, the display will disable sync signals to protect itself. Adjust the PC's output frequency to an acceptable range for proper operation.

Important Safety Precautions

  1. Read all instructions before use.
  2. Unplug the power cord before cleaning. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth; use LCD screen cleaner for stubborn stains.
  3. Use only manufacturer-recommended accessories.
  4. When unplugging, hold the power plug, not the cord.
  5. Keep the display away from water sources and wet areas. Do not press the LCD screen surface with fingers or hard objects.
  6. Ensure ventilation by not blocking vents and avoiding placement near radiators or heaters. Do not place in embedded devices without adequate ventilation.
  7. Use only the specified power supply type. Consult your dealer if unsure.
  8. The three-prong plug requires a properly grounded socket for safety. Contact an electrician if your socket is incompatible.
  9. Do not attempt self-repair; contact qualified personnel.
  10. Unplug and contact qualified personnel if the power cord is damaged, the display is dropped, the shell is damaged, or any abnormality occurs.
  11. Place the display in a well-ventilated environment away from strong light, high temperature, and humidity.
  12. Store the display between -20°C and 55°C to prevent permanent damage.
  13. Handle the monitor screen with care as it is fragile.
