Product Introduction
The KTC H27T22C-3 is a high-performance intelligent multiple frequency scanning display. It utilizes active matrix thin film transistor LED-backlit LCD technology and is controlled via microcomputer MCU digital technology. The display is compact and lightweight, making it suitable for narrow working spaces.

Keys and Interfaces
Monitor Controls:
- Joystick: Used for navigation and selection.
- Power Indicator: Indicates the power status of the monitor.
- DC Input: For power adapter connection.
- USB Port: For firmware updates (USB 2.0: 5V = 0.5A). Do not insert other devices.
- HDMI Ports: For HDMI signal input.
- DP Ports: For DisplayPort signal input.
Function Menu Navigation:
- Press Joystick: Enter the Function Menu.
- Move Up/Down: Navigate menu options.
- Press Joystick (in menu): Select an option or open a sub-menu.
- Exit/Return: Go back to the previous menu or exit the menu.
Shortcut Keys:
- Up Arrow: Signal Source Input
- Down Arrow: Brightness Adjustment
- Gaming Assistance Shortcut Key
- Preset Shortcut Key
Power On/Off: Short-press the power button to turn on the display. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off the display.
Signal Cable and Headset Connection
Signal Cable Connection: Connect the HDMI or DP signal cable from your PC to the corresponding input port on the LCD monitor.
Headset Connection: Connect a headset to the audio output port. External loudspeakers are also supported.
Power Indicator Status
- Constant Indicator: Normal operation.
- Flashing Indicator: No signal detected.
- Energy Conservation State: The display will resume normal operation when a signal is provided. The display is powered on in standby mode. Unplug the power cord when not in use for safety.
Base and Wall Mount Installation
Installing the Base: Follow the provided diagrams (referencing steps ①, ②, ③) to attach the base to the monitor. The monitor can tilt between -5° and 15° forward and backward.
Removing the Base: Follow the diagrams to detach the base.
Wall Mounting: The monitor supports VESA wall mounting with a 100mm x 100mm pitch. Ensure the wall mounting screws (M4*10mm) are appropriate and securely installed. Maintain a minimum clearance of 10cm around the display for ventilation.

Ventilation: Ensure at least 10cm of space around the display. Do not cover ventilation holes or insert objects into the shell. Avoid placing the display in confined spaces without adequate ventilation, such as book cabinets or closets.
Installation Guide
- Install the display near an easily accessible AC power socket.
- Use the provided base for safety.
- Place the display on a smooth horizontal surface to prevent injury.
- Avoid placing the display where it may be subjected to mechanical vibration or where insects may enter.
- Do not place the display directly facing an air conditioner to prevent condensation and potential faults.
- Avoid areas with strong electromagnetic fields to prevent interference and damage.
Safety Protection
If the PC video signal frequency exceeds the display's range, the display will disable signals to protect itself. Adjust the PC's output frequency to an acceptable range for proper operation.
Simple Problems Disposal
Symptom | Disposal Methods |
---|---|
Blank screen / Power indicator does not work | Check power supply connection to the display and socket. Ensure the display is not turned off. |
Blurred images (too large or too small) | Use the 'Image Auto Adjust' function in the 'Image Settings' menu (VGA only). |
Dark screen | Adjust the contrast and brightness in the 'Display' menu. |
Display overheating | Ensure at least 10cm of ventilation space around the display. Do not place objects on the display. |
Dark/light spots when powered on | This is normal due to temperature differences. The backlight will normalize after about 20 minutes. |
Image distortion, flashing, shaking | Check PC configuration, select the correct resolution, and reset the refresh rate. |
Noisy signal when powered off | This may be due to normal discharge when the display is powered off. |
Important Safety Precautions
- Read all instructions before use.
- Unplug the power cord before cleaning. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Use LCD screen cleaner for stubborn stains.
- Use only manufacturer-recommended accessories.
- Hold the power plug, not the cord, when unplugging.
- Do not place the display near water or in wet areas.
- Do not press the LCD screen surface with fingers or hard objects.
- Ensure proper ventilation; do not block heat dissipation holes or place near heaters. Avoid embedded installations without adequate ventilation.
- Use only the specified power supply type.
- The three-prong plug must be used with a properly grounded socket for safety.
- Do not attempt to repair the display yourself. Contact qualified personnel for repairs.
- Unplug the power cord and contact qualified personnel if the power cord/plug is damaged, the display is dropped, the shell is damaged, or any abnormality occurs.
- Place the display in a well-ventilated environment, away from strong light, high temperature, and humidity.
- Store the display between -20°C and 55°C to prevent permanent damage.
- Handle the monitor screen with care as it is fragile.
