Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach two metal plates (part 10107508) to the designated holes on two side panels using six screws (part 146114) and six cam lock nuts (part 118331). Ensure the cam lock nuts are oriented correctly.
Step 2
Insert four cam lock screws (part 118331) into the pre-drilled holes on the bottom panel.
Step 3
Insert four wooden dowels (part 101345) into the corresponding holes on the bottom panel.
Step 4
Attach one side panel (prepared in Step 1) to the bottom panel, aligning the cam lock screws and dowels. Secure by tightening the cam lock nuts.
Step 5
Attach the second side panel (prepared in Step 1) to the bottom panel. Insert two cam lock nuts (part 119252) into the side panel and rotate them to secure the connection to the bottom panel.
Step 6
Slide the back panel into the grooves on the side and bottom panels.
Step 7
Insert two cam lock nuts (part 119252) into the side panels and rotate them to secure the back panel.
Step 8
Attach a support rail to the bottom of the unit. Secure it using two brackets (part 102553) and four screws (part 105248).
Step 9
Attach a second support rail to the unit. Secure it using two brackets (part 10101849) and two screws (part 105248).
Step 10
Attach the drawer runners to the side panels. Use two runner parts (part 158568) on each side, securing them with screws (part 10101849).
Step 11
Place the top panel onto the assembled unit. Ensure it is aligned correctly.
Step 12
Insert two cam lock screws (part 151707 / 10050769) and two cam lock nuts (part 151708 / 10050771) to secure the top panel. Rotate the cam lock nuts to tighten.
Step 13
Insert six wooden dowels (part 101345) into the designated holes on the top panel.
Step 14
Insert four cam lock screws (part 118331) into the designated holes on the top panel.
Step 15
Place the top panel onto the assembled unit, aligning the dowels and cam lock screws. Secure by tightening the cam lock nuts.
Step 16
Attach the drawer runners to the drawer box. Use two runner parts (part 119252) on each side, securing them with cam lock nuts (part 120076).
Step 17
Attach the drawer slides to the inside of the unit. Use two slide parts (part 10093081 / 10095326) and two slide parts (part 10093082 / 10095315) on each side, securing them with the provided fasteners.
Step 18
Insert four cam lock screws (part 118331) into the designated holes on the drawer front panel.
Step 19
Insert four wooden dowels (part 101345) into the corresponding holes on the drawer front panel.
Step 20
Attach the drawer box side panels to the drawer front, aligning the dowels and cam lock screws. Secure by tightening the cam lock nuts.
Step 21
Slide the drawer bottom panel into the grooves of the drawer sides. Secure with four cam lock nuts (part 120076).
Step 22
Slide the drawer bottom panel into the grooves of the assembled drawer box.
Step 23
Attach the drawer front to the assembled drawer box, aligning the dowels and cam lock screws. Secure by tightening the cam lock nuts.
Step 24
Attach the drawer handle to the drawer front using four screws (part 145718).
Step 25
Insert the assembled drawer into the unit, aligning the drawer runners with the slides.
Step 26
Attach the drawer slides to the drawer box. Use two slide parts (part 10103472) on each side, securing them with six screws (part 146114).
Step 27
Insert the drawer into the unit. The arrow indicates the direction of insertion.
