Zumtobel PANOS R LED Downlight
This document provides installation and operation instructions for the Zumtobel PANOS R series of LED downlights, including models R100, R150, and R200.
General Safety and Installation Guidelines
Important: Installation and commissioning, as well as any modifications, must only be performed by authorized personnel (qualified electrician). The manufacturer is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, operation, or unauthorized modifications.
The luminaire is intended for lighting purposes only and must be installed in accordance with national regulations.
Electrical Safety: Disconnect mains cables and DALI control lines before any maintenance or assembly work. Ensure power is off. Hot plug-in is prohibited and may damage the luminaire or void the warranty.
Interruption of the neutral conductor during operation can cause overvoltage damage. Ensure neutral disconnect terminals are opened only when voltage-free and closed before power is switched back on.
The light source shall only be replaced by the manufacturer, their service agent, or a similarly qualified person.
Installation Notes:
- The luminaire is not suitable for covering with thermally insulating material.
- The IP43 protection rating is valid only when installed in an enclosed ceiling and applies only to the room-facing side.
- Commissioning should occur after the construction phase when mains voltage is continuously present.
- Dispose of packaging and luminaire in accordance with applicable regional regulations.
- Keep these instructions for future reference.
