General Installation Safety

[!] Warning: Installation and commissioning must only be carried out by authorized specialists.

[!] Warning: Always ensure power is disconnected before performing wiring and installation work. Failure to comply may result in damage to the LED modules.

Electrical Safety

Servicing of the control gear within this luminaire should only be undertaken by the manufacturer, their authorized service agent, or a similarly qualified person.

Light Source

The light source in this luminaire is not replaceable. When the light source reaches its end of life, the entire luminaire must be replaced.

Installation Environment

The luminaire is not suitable for covering with thermally insulating material.

To achieve IP44 protection rating, the luminaire must be installed in an enclosed ceiling. The IP44 rating is valid only from the room side.

Installation Instructions

Mounting Preparation

The luminaire is intended exclusively for lighting purposes and must be installed in accordance with national installation regulations. Any other use or installation method is considered "not according to instructions".

For installations in thin or soft ceiling materials, it is recommended to use a ceiling reinforcing ring to increase the bearing surface area.

Wiring and Connection

230V Connection

Connect the Live (L), Neutral (N), and Earth wires to the appropriate terminals. The luminaire supports looping-in (feed-through wiring).

Maximum permissible current for looping-in: 12A.

DALI/DSI Connection

Connect the DALI (DA) and Neutral (N) wires to the designated terminals. The luminaire supports looping-in (feed-through wiring).

Maximum permissible current for looping-in: 12A.

switchDIM Connection

For switchDIM functionality, connect the L, N, and switchDIM control wires (DA, DA) to the converter unit as indicated in the wiring diagram.

Luminaire Installation

Insert the luminaire into the prepared ceiling opening.

Secure the luminaire in place using the integrated mounting mechanism.

Connect the LED module to the power supply unit.

Dismantling

Follow the provided steps to release and remove the luminaire from the ceiling.

Maintenance

Reflector Cleaning

Clean the reflector using the provided reflector cleaning cloth.

Emergency Lighting Option

This luminaire is available with an optional emergency lighting function, compliant with EN 60598-2-22. It is intended for systems where the plug-in connection is protected against unauthorized disconnection.
