Installation Steps

Preparation
Turn off hot and cold water lines. Unscrew and remove hoses. Remove old tape from hot and cold threads.

Cold and Hot Hose Installation to Faucet
Wrap plumber's tape onto cold and hot pipe threads. Place the hoses and screw them onto the pipe threads.

Faucet Placement
Place the faucet into the hole of the countertop. Position it with the handle to the right side.

Sprayer Hose Installation
Wrap plumber's tape on sprayer hose threads. Insert the sprayer hose into the coil spring from the top. Connect the sprayer hose to the top of the faucet.

Faucet's Spray Part Installation
Connect the sprayer into the coupler.

Securing the Faucet
Place the plastic holder, rubber ring, metal ring, and brass nut onto the large threaded pin at the bottom of the faucet. Secure the faucet by tightening the brass nut.

Open the Water Lines
Ensure all connections are secure. Open the cold and hot water lines.
Troubleshooting
- Leaks from handle: Check if the cartridge is unseated or defective. Reseat or contact VIGO Product Support for replacement.
- Insufficient flow rate: Check for clogs in the supply hose line. Remove and flush lines.
- Leak at connection points: Tighten hoses. If the issue persists, rethread the hose, ensuring a secure connection with pipe tape. Check for defective washers and replace if necessary.
- Leak at connection points (mounting hardware): Tighten mounting hardware from under the counter with an adjustable wrench. Ensure the faucet is perpendicular to the counter.
- Loose handle: Tighten the set screw connecting the handle to the cartridge using an Allen key or flathead screwdriver.
Cleaning Recommendations
- Clean faucets and showers as needed.
- Adjust cleaning product amount and time based on product instructions. Do not leave cleaner on VIGO products longer than necessary.
- Clean regularly to prevent calcification.
- When using spray cleaner, spray onto a cloth or sponge first, not directly onto the tapware.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water after cleaning.
- For hard water and soap scum, use a 50/50 water and vinegar solution.
- Avoid abrasive materials, hydrochloric, formic, acetic, or phosphoric acids.
- Never mix cleaning materials.
Warranty Information
VIGO offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on its Kitchen Faucets. The spray head assembly, hoses, and mechanical components are warranted for one (1) year. The cartridge is warranted for five (5) years. The finish is warranted for the lifetime of the product for the original purchaser.
