Installation Steps
- Preparation: Turn off water lines, unscrew and remove old hoses, and remove old tape from threads.
- Cold and hot hose installation: Wrap plumber's tape on pipe threads, place hoses, screw hoses onto threads, and connect the faucet sensor hose to the faucet.
- Faucet placement: Place faucet into countertop hole and set in place with handle to the right.
- Securing the faucet: Place plastic holder, rubber ring, metal ring, and brass nut onto the threaded pin and tighten the brass nut.
- Install control box holder: Mount the control box holder using screws or double-sided tape.
- Install control box and power supply box: Install the control box onto the fixed plate and attach the battery holder fixing seat.
- Install power supply box: Insert 4 AA batteries (not included), tighten battery box screws, and install the battery box onto the battery holder.
- Install faucet sensor hose: Connect the faucet sensor hose to the control box and connect the sprayer hose to the bottom of the control box.
- Install the wires: Align data cable arrows with control box connection, push firmly, and connect battery box wires.
- Counterweight installation: Place and clip the counterweight onto the spray hose.
- Open the water lines: Wrap tape on pipe threads, place hoses, screw hoses onto threads, open water lines, and test the touchless sensor.
Troubleshooting
#1 Leaks from handle: Cause: Cartridge unseated or defective. Solution: Reseat or replace cartridge.
#2 Insufficient flow rate: Cause: Clog in supply hose. Solution: Flush supply lines.
#3 Leak at connection points: Cause: Flexible hose leaking or washer defective. Solution: Tighten hoses, rethread if necessary, or replace washer.
#4 Leak at connection points: Cause: Mounting hardware loose. Solution: Tighten mounting hardware from under the counter.
#5 Loose handle: Cause: Set screw loose. Solution: Tighten the set screw connecting the handle to the cartridge.

- Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh chemicals.
- Protect your eyes with safety glasses when cutting or soldering water supply lines.
Cleaning Recommendations
- Clean faucets and showers as needed.
- Adjust cleaning product amount and time for effective cleaning. Do not leave cleaner on product longer than necessary.
- Clean regularly to prevent calcification.
- When using spray cleaner, spray onto a cloth or sponge first, not directly onto the fixture.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water after cleaning.
- Recommended solution for hard water and soap scum: 50/50 water and vinegar.
- Avoid cleaning materials containing hydrochloric, formic, acetic, or phosphoric acid.
- Do not mix cleaning materials.
- Avoid abrasive cleaning materials.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
VIGO offers a limited lifetime warranty on kitchen faucets for the original purchaser/end-user for personal household use. The warranty covers the spray head assembly, hoses, and mechanical components for one year, and the cartridge for five years. The finish is covered for the lifetime of the product.
