Overview

This document provides instructions for the VEVOR Office Workbench, Model GT-JS-0001. It includes safety warnings, assembly precautions, usage guidelines, and product specifications.

Safety Instructions

Assembly Precautions:

1. Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards.
2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
3. Keep the assembly area clean and well-lit.
4. Keep bystanders out of the assembly area.
5. Do not assemble when tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
6. Product capabilities apply only to properly and completely assembled products.
7. Assemble on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface capable of safely supporting the Office Workbench.
8. For information on parts, refer to the Assembly Diagram. Unwrap and separate all parts in a clean work area.

Use Precautions:

1. DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON THIS ITEM.
2. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or near it.
3. Do not exceed weight capacities.
4. Use only on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface capable of safely supporting a fully loaded Office Workbench.
5. Use as intended only.
6. Inspect before every use; do not use if parts are loose or damaged.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Attach the lower support bar (B) to the frame legs (A) using screws (②) and the wrench (⑨). Ensure you use two frame legs (A) and one lower support bar (B). Secure with four screws (②). Attach the bracket (⑨) to one of the frame legs (A) as shown.

Step 2: Attach the caster wheels (⑧) to the bottom of the frame legs (A) using the provided tool (⑩).

Step 3: Attach the vertical support bars (C) to the lower desktop panel (G) using screws (③) and the wrench (⑨). Use two vertical support bars (C) and one lower desktop panel (G), secured with four screws (③).

Step 4: Attach the upper support bars (D) to the assembled frame. Insert the crossbars (E) into the designated slots on the upper support bars (D). Secure the upper support bars (D) to the frame legs (A) using screws (①) and the Allen wrench (⑥). Attach the brackets (I) to the ends of the crossbars (E).

Step 5: Attach the lower desktop panel assembly (from Step 3) to the frame using screws (④) and (⑤) and the wrench (⑨). Attach the desktop support bar (H) and the second lower desktop panel (F) using screws (④) and (⑤).

Step 6: Connect the upper desktop assembly to the main frame. The dotted lines indicate the connection points.

Step 7: (Diagram shows connecting the upper desktop to the main frame.)

Step 8: Secure the adjustable height mechanism using the star knobs (⑦). Insert and tighten the star knobs (⑦) into the designated holes on the vertical support bars.

Completion and Operation

Completion:

The VEVOR Office Workbench is now assembled.

Operation:

Height Adjustment:

1. Loosen the handle screws counterclockwise.
2. Adjust the desktop height up or down.
3. Tighten the handle clockwise once the desired height is set.

Flip Operation:

1. Loosen the handle screws counterclockwise.
2. Turn the table up or down to adjust the angle.
3. Tighten the handle clockwise.

Loading Capacity:

• Maximum load per piece: ≤ 20 lbs
• It is recommended not to exceed a total of 40 lbs on the desk top to allow for easy lifting and adjustment.
