Assembly Steps
Remark: We recommend you assemble your bed on a flat ground.
Step 1: Prepare Headboard and Side Rails
Attach horizontal bars (C) to the headboard legs (A and B). Use four (4) Hex-Head bolts (1) and four (4) Horizontal-Hole bolts (2) for each leg. Ensure the correct orientation of the legs.
Step 2: Attach Crossbars
Connect the vertical bars (D) to the assembled headboard structure. Use Allen key (5) and four (4) Hex-Head bolts (1) and four (4) Horizontal-Hole bolts (2) for this step. Important Note: Part 2 (Horizontal-Hole bolts) should face upwards with the 'x' mark visible. Ensure bars A, B, and C are connected on the same side (front-front, back-back).
Step 3: Assemble Footboard
Attach the footboard panel (H) to the footboard legs (E and F). Use two (2) Hex-Head bolts (1) and two (2) Horizontal-Hole bolts (2) for each leg.
Step 4: Attach Footboard to Side Rails
Connect the side rails (G) to the footboard legs (E and F). Use four (4) Hex-Head bolts (1) and four (4) Horizontal-Hole bolts (2) for this connection. Important Note: Part 2 should face upwards with the 'x' mark visible. Ensure bars E, F, and G are connected on the same side (front-front, back-back).
Step 5: Attach Side Rails to Headboard
Connect the side rails (I) to the headboard legs (A and B). Use eight (8) Hex-Head bolts (1) and eight (8) Horizontal-Hole bolts (2) for this step. Important Note: Part 2 should face upwards with the 'x' mark visible.
Step 6: Install Slats
Place the slats (J) across the side rails (I). Secure each slat using two (2) Wood screws (4). There are ten (10) slats in total. Important Note: Do not overtighten the screws on the slats. Leave a small gap at the edges of the bed slats to prevent the board from breaking. Hold the slat firmly in place with one hand while screwing with the other.
Step 7: Assemble Drawer Sides
Connect the drawer side panels (L) to the front panel of the drawer (K). Use two (2) Hex-Head bolts (6) and two (2) Horizontal-Hole bolts (7) for each connection. Important Note: Part 7 should face upwards with the '*' mark visible.
Step 8: Attach Drawer Bottom
Slide the bottom panel of the drawer (N) into the grooves of the assembled drawer sides. Attach the crosspieces (O) to secure the bottom panel.
Step 9: Attach Drawer Back Panel
Attach the back panel of the drawer (M) to the drawer side panels (L). Use two (2) Hex-Head bolts (6) and two (2) Horizontal-Hole bolts (7) for each connection. Important Note: Part 7 should face upwards with the '*' mark visible.
Step 10: Install Drawer Runners/Wheels
Attach the wheels (9) to the bottom of the assembled drawers. Use Wood screws (4) and Horizontal-Hole bolts (8) as indicated in the diagram for attaching the runners/wheels.
Step 11: Insert Drawers
Carefully push the assembled drawers under the bottom of the bed frame. Ensure they slide smoothly. Final Check: Make sure to tighten all the screws of the bed.
