Assembly Steps

Wall Mounting Guide
Warning: Wall fixing screws are not included. Different wall materials require different types of screws/fixings. Ensure you use the correct ones for your walls and seek professional advice if unsure. Failure due to incorrect fixings is the installer's responsibility.
Important: When drilling into walls, always check for hidden wires or pipes.
Types of Walls and Fixings
You can use one of the following types of wall plugs if your walls are made of brick, breezeblock, concrete, stone, or wood:
- 1. General Purpose wall plug: Suitable for light loads. Use specialist fittings for heavy loads or aerated blocks.
- 2. Plasterboard wall plug: For light loads on plasterboard partitions.
- 3. Cavity Fixing wall plug: For use with plasterboard partitions or hollow wooden doors.
- 4. Cavity Fixing - Heavy Duty wall plug: For heavy loads like shelving, wall cabinets, and coat racks.
- 5. Hammer Fixing wall plug: For walls with plasterboard. Fixes to the wall behind the plasterboard.
- 6. Shield Anchor wall plug - Heavy loads: For heavier loads such as TVs, speakers, and satellite dishes.
Care and Maintenance: Periodically check all fittings and wall fixings to ensure they have not come loose and retighten as necessary.
Wall Mounting Options
Option 1: Mounting to a standard wall
Step 1: Determine the position of the bed in the room. The diagram shows the bed in its closed position against a wall, with arrows indicating measurement from side walls.
Step 2: Place the bed back in its position, ensuring it is vertical and horizontal. Arrows indicate sliding the bed into place.
Step 3: Mark the drill holes according to the actual product placement. The diagram shows measurements and dashed lines for hole placement on the wall.
Step 4: Drill the positions marked in Step 3 and secure the plug using hardware 16 (6pcs). The diagram shows drilling into the wall and inserting a wall plug.
Step 5: Raise the bed from its previously fixed position, press it against the wall, and lower it as shown. This step requires 4 people: 2 to hold the cabinet in place and 2 to tilt the bed until accessories are in place.
