Assembly Steps
Remark: We recommend you assemble your bed in the flat ground.
STEP 1:
Attach headboard legs [A] and [B] to the headboard panel [E]. Use two [2] All thread bolts and two [3] Curved washers for each leg. Ensure the bolts pass through the leg and into the panel.
STEP 2:
Assemble the headboard frame by connecting parts [A], [B], [C] (Horizontal upper bar HB), and [D] (Horizontal bottom bar HB). Secure using [1] Hexagon Nuts and [3] Curved washers. Ensure parts are oriented correctly (front-to-front, back-to-back).
STEP 3:
Attach footboard legs [F] and [G] to the horizontal bottom bar FB [I]. Use two [2] All thread bolts and two [3] Curved washers for each leg.
STEP 4:
Assemble the footboard frame by connecting parts [F], [G], [H] (Horizontal upper bar FB), and [I]. Secure using [1] Hexagon Nuts and [3] Curved washers. Ensure parts are oriented correctly (front-to-front, back-to-back).
STEP 5:
Attach the side rails [J] to the assembled headboard and footboard frames. Use [4] Hex-Head bolts and [5] Horizontal-Hole bolts. Note: Ensure part [5] is oriented with the 'x' mark facing upwards for proper tightening.
STEP 6:
Install the main bed slats [K] onto the side rails [J]. Use [6] Wood screws. Secure 10 slats.
Note: Do not overtighten screws into the outermost edge of the slats. Leave a small gap at the edges to prevent the board from breaking. Hold the slat firmly in place while screwing.
STEP 7:
Attach wheels [13] to the trundle frame components. Use [6] Wood screws for attachment.
STEP 8:
Install the trundle slats [K] onto the trundle frame. Use [6] Wood screws. Secure the slats.
Note: Follow the same screw placement guidelines as in Step 6 to prevent board breakage.
STEP 9:
Attach the trundle front panel [L] to the trundle assembly. Use [10] Metal brackets and [12] Wood screws. The diagram shows brackets connecting the panel to the trundle frame.
STEP 10:
Attach the trundle back panel [M] to the trundle assembly. Use [11] Metal brackets and [12] Wood screws. The diagram shows brackets connecting the panel to the trundle frame.
STEP 11:
Slide the assembled trundle unit under the main bed frame. Secure the trundle using [7] Wood dowels and [14] Stoppers, likely connecting to the side rails [J] or other frame parts.
Final check: "Make sure to tighten all the screws of the bed."
