Important Safety & Usage Information

This product must be assembled by an adult.

Do not over torque screws and bolts.

Do not install in a flammable place in case of fire.

Use on a flat ground.

Assembly Instructions

Using Cam Lock and Quickfit

Quickfit: Tighten quickfit until shoulder is flush with panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.

Cam Lock: When fitting cam lock, ensure starting position is correct before you insert connecting quickfit.

When the two panels are joined, the Quickfit head should be in the centre of the cam lock. The cam lock should be inserted before the quickfit.

Turn cam lock clockwise ? to tighten.

Step 01

Attach part 3 (Back Panel) and part 1 (Top Panel) using hardware A (Cam Bolt) and B (Cam Lock). Insert Cam Bolts (A) into the designated holes on the panels. Then, insert Cam Locks (B) into the corresponding holes and turn clockwise to secure. Ensure the Quickfit head is centered in the Cam Lock before tightening.

Step 02

Attach part 2 (Side Panels with lattice) to the assembly from Step 01 using hardware A (Cam Bolt) and B (Cam Lock). Insert Cam Bolts (A) into the side panels and connect them to the back panel (3) and top panel (1). Secure with Cam Locks (B).

Step 03

Attach part 4 (Front Base Panel) to the structure. Use hardware A (Cam Bolt) and B (Cam Lock) to connect the front base panel to the side panels (2).

Step 04

Continue assembling the main frame. Attach the remaining side panel (2) and the front base panel (4) to the structure using hardware A (Cam Bolt) and B (Cam Lock).

Step 05

Insert part 3 (Back Panel) into the frame. Secure it using hardware A (Cam Bolt) and B (Cam Lock) connecting to the side panels (2).

Step 06

Attach part 5 (Bottom Panel) to the base of the assembled frame. Use hardware A (Cam Bolt) and B (Cam Lock) to secure it to the side panels (2) and front base panel (4).

Step 07

Attach the doors (6). First, attach the hinge plate (G) and hinge (D) to the door (6) using screws (E). Then, attach the door assembly to the main frame. The diagram shows attaching the door (6) with handles to the front frame.

Step 08

Attach the second door (6) in the same manner as Step 07. Ensure both doors are aligned and function correctly. The final image shows the completed dog crate end table with both doors closed and handles attached.
