Assembly Instructions
Note: Assembly requires at least two people. Ensure all parts are present before beginning.
Step 1: Assemble Base Frame
Connect four long tubes (1) and four medium tubes (2) to form the base rectangle. Use connectors (D) and screws (H) to secure the joints.
Diagram Description: Shows the assembly of the rectangular base frame using parts 1 and 2, joined by connectors (D) and secured with screws (H).
Step 2: Assemble Top Frame
Construct the top frame by connecting four short tubes (4), two long tubes (5), and two long tubes (6) into a rectangular shape. Use connectors (D) and screws (H) for assembly. This step is similar to the base frame construction.
Diagram Description: Illustrates the assembly of the top frame using parts 4, 5, and 6, joined by connectors (D) and secured with screws (H).
Step 3: Attach Vertical Supports
Attach eight vertical support tubes (3) to the corners of the base frame. Use connectors (D) and screws (H, J) to ensure a secure connection.
Diagram Description: Shows the eight vertical tubes (3) being attached to the base frame corners using connectors (D) and screws (H, J).
Step 4: Attach Top Frame
Carefully lift and place the assembled top frame onto the vertical support tubes (3). Secure the top frame to the vertical supports using connectors (D) and screws (H, J).
Diagram Description: Depicts the top frame being connected to the vertical supports (3) using connectors (D) and screws (H, J).
Step 5: Assemble Door Frame
Construct the door frame. Connect two curved tubes (A, B) and two short door frame tubes (7) and two shorter door frame tubes (8) along with one short door frame tube (C) using connectors (D). This forms the rectangular door structure.
Diagram Description: Shows the assembly of the door frame using parts A, B, C, 7, and 8, joined by connectors (D).
Step 6: Install Door and Lock
Attach the assembled door frame to the main kennel structure using the door hinges (Q) and screws (H). Install the security lock/latch (R) onto the door and frame to secure it.
Diagram Description: Illustrates the door frame being attached to the kennel using hinges (Q) and screws (H), and the installation of the security lock (R).
Step 7: Install Chain-Link Mesh
Unroll the chain-link mesh panels (M, N) onto the ground. Insert round rods (L, O) into the top and bottom edges of the mesh panels. Use hooks (E, F) to attach the mesh to the frame rods. Secure the mesh to the frame by threading bind wire (K) through the mesh and frame. Finally, use clips (P) and self-tapping screws (I) to firmly attach the mesh to the frame posts, ensuring the kennel is rigid and strong.
Diagram Description: Shows the chain-link mesh (M, N) being attached to the kennel frame. It details the use of round rods (L, O) inserted into the mesh edges, hooks (E, F) to connect the mesh to the frame, bind wire (K) for securing, and clips (P) with screws (I) for final fastening.
