Using Cam Lock and Quickfit

Quickfit Installation: Tighten quickfit until shoulder is flush with panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten. [Tools Recommended icon]

Cam Lock Installation: When fitting cam lock, ensure starting position is correct before you insert connecting quickfit. The quickfit head should be in the centre of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. Cam lock should be inserted before quickfit. Turn cam lock clockwise to tighten. Assembly Instructions

1. Step 1: Attach Side and Front Panels to Base
   Attach the left side panel (Part 1) and the front panel (Part 7) to the base panel (Part 6). Insert hardware B (cam lock studs) into the pre-drilled holes on the edges of Part 1 and Part 7. Insert hardware C (cam locks) into the corresponding holes on Part 6. Align the studs with the cam locks and secure by turning the cam locks clockwise. Attach brackets D to the exterior of Part 1 and Part 7 using screws J. [Diagram showing Part 1 and Part 7 connected to Part 6 with hardware B, C, D, J]
2. Step 2: Attach Back Panel
   Attach the back panel (Part 2) to the assembled structure. Secure it using hardware H (screws). [Diagram showing Part 2 being attached to the structure with hardware H]
3. Step 3: Attach Front Frame and Right Side Panel
   Attach the front frame (Part 3) and the right side panel (Part 4) to the structure. Secure them using hardware H (screws). [Diagram showing Part 3 and Part 4 being attached to the structure with hardware H]
4. Step 4: Attach Top Panel
   Place the top panel (Part 5) onto the assembled structure. Secure it using hardware H (screws). [Diagram showing Part 5 being placed on top and secured with hardware H]
5. Step 5: Attach Feet
   Turn the assembled unit upside down. Attach the feet (Part M) to the underside of the base panel (Part 6) using hardware N (screws). [Diagram showing the unit upside down with feet M being attached to the base with screws N]
6. Step 6: Attach Roof Panel
   Attach the roof panel (labeled as Part 6 in diagram, likely a separate roof piece) to the top of the assembled unit. Insert hardware A (cam lock studs) into the roof panel and hardware O (cam locks) into the top edges of the side panels. Secure by turning the cam locks clockwise. 7. Step 7: Attach Door
   Attach the door (Part 7) to the front frame. Secure the door using screws at the pre-installed hinge locations on the frame and door. [Diagram showing the door being attached to the front frame]
