Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach two Base Frame (Short) parts (8) to the Bottom Panel (2) using Dowels (B) and Bolts (C). Insert two Base Frame (Long) parts (6) into the sides of the Bottom Panel (2), securing them with Dowels (B) and Bolts (C). Attach the Mesh Frame (for part 3) (7) to the rear of the Bottom Panel (2) using Dowels (B) and Bolts (C). Also, attach the Support Beam (10) to the front of the Bottom Panel (2) using Dowels (B) and Bolts (C). A Plate (O) is used in this step. [assembly-assistance-recommended] [tools-recommended] ✔️
Step 2
Attach the Side Panel (5) to the assembled base structure. Secure it using Brackets (L) and screws (implied). Ensure the Side Panel (5) aligns with the Base Frame (Long) (6). [tools-recommended]
Step 3
Attach the Front/Back Mesh Panel (3) to the assembled structure. Secure it using Bracket (K) and screws (implied). [tools-recommended]
Step 4
Attach the two Side Panels (5) to the structure. Use Screws (A) to connect the Side Panels (5) to the Bottom Panel (2) and the Base Frame (Long) (6). The Front/Back Mesh Panel (3) is also part of this assembly. [tools-recommended]
Step 5
Attach the two Support Beams (10) to the sides of the structure. Use Bolts (D) and Bolts (G) to secure the Support Beams (10) to the Side Panels (5) and Base Frame (Long) (6). [tools-recommended]
Step 6
Attach the Front/Back Mesh Panel (3) to the structure. Use Screws (A) to connect the Front/Back Mesh Panel (3) to the Bottom Panel (2) and the Base Frame (Long) (6). [tools-recommended]
Step 7
Attach the Side Panel (5) to the structure. Use Screws (F) to connect the Side Panel (5) to the Base Frame (Short) (8) and the Side Frame (9). [tools-recommended]
Step 8
Attach the Support Beam (11) to the Top Panel (1). Use Screws (E) to secure the Support Beam (11) to the Top Panel (1). A single Screw (R) is also used in this step. [tools-recommended]
Step 9
Attach the Top Panel (1) to the assembled structure. Use Screws (F) to secure the Top Panel (1) to the Front/Back Mesh Panel (3) and the Side Panels (5). [tools-recommended]
Step 10
Attach the Side Frames (9) to the structure. Use Screws (F) and Screws (H) to secure the Side Frames (9) to the Top Panel (1) and the Side Panels (5). Two Side Frames (9) are used, each requiring multiple screws. [tools-recommended]
Step 11
Attach the Foot Pads/Bases (M) to the bottom of the structure. Use Screws (N) to secure the Foot Pads/Bases (M) to the Bottom Panel (2). [tools-recommended]
Step 12
Attach the Door Frame (12) to the front of the crate. This step involves aligning the door frame with the front opening. [tools-recommended]
Step 13
Attach the Door Hinge/Latch Components (13) to the Door Frame (12) and the main crate structure. Use Screws (J) to secure these components, allowing the door to be attached and function. The diagram shows two hinge/latch components being attached to the door frame and the main body. [tools-recommended]
