Getting Started

Before you begin assembly, please ensure you have all the necessary parts and tools. It is recommended to have a clear workspace and potentially a second person to assist with some steps.

Screwdriver (Phillips head) ?
Hammer ?

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Prepare Side Panels

Insert dowels (101345) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels. Insert cam lock housings (121902) into the larger holes. Secure with screws (144574, 144575).

Step 2: Assemble Main Frame

Connect the vertical poles and horizontal supports to form the main frame structure. Refer to diagrams for correct orientation.

Step 3: Attach Base Shelf

Place the base shelf onto the assembled frame and secure it using screws (144574, 144575).

Step 4: Attach Cabinet Drawer Slides

Attach the cabinet member of the drawer slides (e.g., 147170, 146970) to the inside of the frame using screws (119030).

Step 5: Prepare Drawer Box Sides

Insert dowels (101372) into the side panels of the drawer box. Insert cam lock housings (139251) and secure with screws (110519, 118331).

Step 6: Attach Drawer Slides to Drawer Box

Attach the drawer member of the drawer slides (e.g., 101513) to the sides of the drawer box using screws (101513) and cam locks (119030).

Step 7: Attach Drawer Slides to Drawer Box (Continued)

Continue attaching drawer slides to the drawer box using the provided hardware, ensuring correct orientation.

Step 8: Insert Drawer into Frame

Carefully slide the assembled drawer into the corresponding drawer slides mounted on the frame. Ensure smooth operation. ➡️

Step 9: Insert Drawer into Frame (Continued)

Complete the insertion of the drawer into the frame.

Step 10: Assemble Drawer Box Base and Sides

Connect the drawer box side panels to the base panel using dowels (101372) and screws (118331).

Step 11: Attach Drawer Slides to Drawer Box

Attach the drawer member of the drawer slides to the drawer box using screws (119030).

Step 12: Assemble Drawer Box

Continue assembling the drawer box structure.

Step 13: Attach Drawer Slides to Drawer Box

Attach drawer slides to the drawer box using cam locks (119030).

Step 14: Insert Drawer Front

Slide the drawer front panel into place, aligning it with the drawer box. Follow the diagram for correct placement. ⬇️

Step 15: Insert Drawer Bottom

Slide the drawer bottom panel into the grooves of the drawer box.

Step 16: Attach Drawer Slides to Drawer Box

Secure the drawer slides to the drawer box using screws (110519).

Step 17: Attach Drawer Slides to Drawer Box

Attach drawer slides to the drawer box using cam locks (146970, 147170).

Step 18: Attach Drawer Slides to Drawer Box

Secure the drawer slides to the drawer box using screws (139251).

Step 19: Attach Cabinet Drawer Slides

Attach the cabinet member of the drawer slides to the frame using screws (100349).

Step 20: Insert Drawer into Frame

Slide the assembled drawer into the frame's drawer slides. Ensure it engages correctly.
