ELVARLI Drawer Assembly Instructions

This document provides instructions for assembling the ELVARLI drawer system by IKEA.

Required Tools

The following tools are recommended for assembly:

Ensure you have a clear workspace and protect your floor with a soft material like a rug.

Please verify you have all the necessary parts before beginning assembly. The following parts are included:

Step 1: Prepare the frame. Attach the vertical posts to the base using the provided screws and cam locks. Ensure the frame is stable.
Step 2: Install drawer slides. Attach the drawer slides to the inside of the frame using screws. Ensure they are level and parallel.
Step 3: Assemble drawer box. Connect the sides of the drawer box using wooden dowels and cam locks.
Step 4: Attach drawer front. Secure the drawer front to the assembled drawer box using screws.
Step 5: Insert drawer. Slide the assembled drawer into the frame, aligning the drawer slides.
Step 6: Secure drawer. Use the provided screws to secure the drawer to the frame.
Step 7: Attach drawer handle. Attach the drawer handle to the drawer front using the provided screws.
Step 8: Install shelves. Insert shelves into the frame at the desired height, securing them with shelf pins.
Step 9: Final check. Ensure all parts are securely fastened and the drawer operates smoothly.

Important Notes:

Follow the diagrams carefully for correct part orientation.
Do not overtighten screws, as this may damage the material.
