First Setup: Bluetooth Pairing

Enable Bluetooth in your device's settings.

Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. Release. A light will flash red and blue near the foam earcup to indicate pairing mode.

Select "JLab Rewind" in your device's settings to connect. A blue light will flash slower when Bluetooth is paired.

Pairing New / Other Devices

Turn OFF Bluetooth on your previously paired devices and turn ON Bluetooth on the new device. Repeat the FIRST SETUP process for new devices.

Notes on Bluetooth

Bluetooth is a wireless radio technology, meaning it is sensitive to objects between the headphone and the connected device. The headphone is designed to be used within 33 feet (10 meters) of your connected device, with no large objects (walls, etc.) between them.
Once successfully connected, the headphone will memorize the device and automatically pair when turned on later.
Only one device can be connected at a time. To pair a different device, you must first unpair the current device in Bluetooth settings.
If, for any reason, the Bluetooth connection is lost, manually reconnect your Bluetooth device.

Audio Cues

POWER ON: Beep
BLUETOOTH CONNECTED: Two Beeps
LOW BATTERY: "Low battery" (Under 20%)
POWER OFF: Beep

Charging

Note: The headphones will not power on while charging. It takes approximately 3 hours for a full charge.

Connect the Rewind headphone to a computer or a 5V USB output device with the provided charging cable.

A red light will indicate it is charging and turn blue when fully charged.

Button Functions

Bluetooth Pairing:

(Follow instructions in FIRST SETUP)

POWER ON: Press and hold for 2 seconds
POWER OFF: Press and hold for 4 seconds (a slower flashing blue light indicates the device is on)
PLAY / PAUSE ANSWER / END CALL: 1 click
ACTIVATE SIRI (IOS) OR "OK GOOGLE" (ANDROID): 2 clicks
ADVANCE TRACK: Press and hold for 2 seconds

Equalizer Modes

CHANGE EQ: 3 clicks (Rewind will cycle through 3 EQ settings)

JLab SIGNATURE (One Beep): JLab C3™ signature with amplified voice and bass
BALANCED (Two Beeps): Balanced sound with no additional tuning
BASS BOOST (Three Beeps): Bass and sub-bass boosted

Warnings

Avoid moisture or liquids entering the earcup.
Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
Avoid dropping or crushing the headphones, yanking the cable forcefully, or bending the cable at sharp angles.
Earwax may build up in the earcups, reducing sound quality. Carefully remove earwax with a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or discontinue use temporarily.
If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
We recommend treating your headphones like a pair of sunglasses, keeping them in a safe place when not in use.
