First-Time Setup: Bluetooth Pairing
Follow these steps to connect your JLab Studio headphones via Bluetooth:
- Turn on Bluetooth in your device settings.
- With the Studio wireless headphones off, press and hold the power button for approximately 8 seconds. A rapidly flashing red and blue light indicates the device is searching for Bluetooth.
- To connect, select 'JLab Studio' in your device settings.
- After pairing, you will hear 2 beeps and the blue light will flash slowly.

Pairing New / Additional Devices
To pair with a new device:
- Turn off Bluetooth on your previously paired device.
- Turn on Bluetooth on the new device.
- Repeat the 'First-Time Setup' steps.
Notes:
- Bluetooth is a wireless radio technology and is sensitive to objects between the headphones and the connected device. The headphones are designed for use within 10 meters (33 feet) of your connected device, with no major obstructions (like walls, etc.) between them.
- Upon successful connection, the headphones remember the device and will automatically connect when turned on next. Only one device can be connected at a time. To pair a new device, first disconnect from your current device in Bluetooth settings.
- If your Bluetooth connection is lost for any reason, manually reconnect your Bluetooth device.
Button Functions
Your JLab Studio headphones feature intuitive controls:
- Volume Up: Press once.
- Skip Track Forward: Press and hold for over 2 seconds.
- Volume Down: Press once.
- Skip Track Backward: Press and hold for over 2 seconds.
- Power On / Off: Press and hold for over 2 seconds.
- Play / Pause / Answer Calls / End Calls: Press once.
- Reject Incoming Calls: Press and hold for over 1 second.
- Activate Siri (iOS) or "Ok Google" (Android): Press twice.
- Bluetooth Pairing: Refer to 'First-Time Setup'.
Changing EQ Settings
Press both buttons simultaneously to cycle through 3 EQ settings:
- JLab Signature (One Beep): JLab's proprietary C3™ sound with boosted vocals and bass.
- Balanced (Two Beeps): Balanced sound with no extra EQ.
- Bass Boost (Three Beeps): Enhanced bass and sub-bass.
Audio Cues
- Power On: Beep
- Bluetooth Connected: 2 short beeps
- Low Battery: "Low Battery" (less than 20%)
- Power Off: Beep

Charging
For optimal performance, charge overnight using the included micro USB cable. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.
Connect the micro USB cable (included) to your headphones and connect the USB cable to a computer or AC adapter (not included). Ensure the USB connection has power.
A solid red light indicates the headphones are charging.
A solid blue light indicates charging is complete.
Note: You can use the Studio Bluetooth headphones while charging. Power on and connect to your device after charging has begun.

Important Safety Information
- Do not allow moisture or liquids to enter the earcups.
- Avoid extreme high or low temperatures and humidity.
- Do not drop or crush the headphones. Do not pull the cable with excessive force or bend the cable at sharp angles.
- Earwax may build up in the earcups and affect sound quality. To improve sound quality, carefully clean the earcups with a cotton swab or other small tool.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or discontinue use for a period.
- If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult a physician.
- Treat your headphones with care, like a pair of fine sunglasses, and store them in a safe place when not in use.
