Important Safety Instructions
Follow all safety and operating instructions. Failure to do so may cause the boat to overturn or explode, resulting in drowning.
- Do not exceed the maximum recommended number of persons or the maximum load capacity. Always use provided seating.
- Distribute loads evenly and avoid placing heavy weights high up to maintain proper trim. The maximum load includes persons, equipment, and provisions.
- Always use life-saving devices such as life jackets and buoys, and ensure they are pre-inspected.
- Before each use, inspect all boat components (air chambers, grab ropes, oars, air valves) for good condition and secure attachment. Repair any damage immediately.
- Keep buckets, water scoops, and air pumps available for potential air leaks or water ingress.
- All passengers must remain seated while the boat is in motion to maintain balance and prevent falling overboard.
- Use the craft in sheltered waters up to 300 meters (984 feet). Be aware of natural factors like wind, tides, and currents. Always wear a life jacket.
- If a chamber is punctured, fully inflate other chambers to prevent sinking.
- Exercise caution when landing on shores to avoid puncturing the boat on sharp objects like rocks or shells. Do not drag the boat on rough surfaces.
- The boat is intended for beach use and short-distance cruising.
- Avoid contact with liquids like battery acid, oil, or petrol, as they can damage the boat.
- Inflate according to numbered air chambers and rated pressure to prevent over-inflation, explosion, or damage.
- Tow the boat slowly using tow rings to prevent damage.
- Know how to operate a boat and be informed about local regulations and water safety.
- The operator is responsible for the boat's maintenance, safe conduct, and passenger safety.
- Prohibited misuse includes unsafe seating, failure to use handholds, overloading, excessive speed, operating beyond skill level, impaired visibility, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, or making modifications.
- Ensure all operators and occupants are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Be knowledgeable about federal, state, and local regulations regarding boat operation, including waste disposal and speed limits.
- Know accident reporting requirements.
- The owner/operator is legally required to assist any individual or vessel in distress if it does not endanger their own vessel.

⚠️ Warning: To avoid damage to the boat and injury to passengers, do not exceed the data given on the builder's plate.
The boats are designed and manufactured in conformity with ABYC H-29. Boat Design Category - "SHELTERED WATERS": Designed for voyages on sheltered coastal waters, small bays, small lakes, rivers and canals when conditions up to, and including, wind force 4 and significant wave heights up to, and including, 0.3 m may be experienced, with occasional waves of 0.5 m maximum height, for example from passing vessels.
Installation
- Spread out the kayak on level ground.
- Assemble the removable fin to the bottom of the kayak. Ensure the curvature of the fin points towards the back end of the kayak. Note: Assemble the fin before inflation and disassemble it after deflation. Avoid shallow water to prevent fin damage.
- Inflate the kayak: Unscrew the cap of the air valve. Ensure the inner spring valve is not depressed. If depressed, press the spring valve and turn counter-clockwise to the correct position. Attach the pressure gauge to the pump hose and connect the hose to the inflation port. Inflate the kayak to 0.15 bar (2 psi). After inflation, screw the cap back onto the air valve. Note: If over-inflation occurs, press the spring valve to release air. If the kayak is not in use and exposed under the sun, it may cause overexpansion and damage the kayak. Check the pressure and deflate slightly until the correct pressure is obtained. The pressure gauge is for inflation purpose only, and the value of the pressure gauge is just for reference, should not be used as a precision instrument.
- Check the air valve for leaks before use. If leaking, use the provided wrench to tighten the valve clockwise while holding it from the bottom of the kayak. Tighten the cap securely. Attention: Do not adjust the air valve when the kayak is in use.
- Assemble the footrest and seat to the kayak. The footrest can be adjusted to accommodate the seat.
Safety Rope Installation
Insert the rope into the holes of the grommets orderly, then tighten the rope. Caution: Safety ropes shall be fitted to both sides of the bow and stern areas only and shall not impede the normal operation of the craft. Do check carefully if the safety rope is tightened well.
Oars Installation
The diagram for Oars Installation shows how to connect the oar shafts to the oar blades, likely using couplings. The process involves inserting the shaft into the blade and securing it.
