Installation Steps
Step 1
Ensure the unit is securely installed in the cabinet. Remove the cabinet door and hinges to begin installation.
Illustration shows a cabinet interior with a drawer slide mechanism. The instruction is to remove the cabinet door.
Step 2
Attach each L-Bracket (A) to a slide using two (2) M4 x 12mm Flat Head Screws (C) ? and two (2) M4 Nylon Locknuts (D) ⚙️ per bracket. Note: L-Brackets can be mounted on the inside or outside of the wire frame.
Diagram shows an L-Bracket (A) being fastened to a drawer slide using screws (C) and nuts (D). The screws pass through the bracket and slide, secured by nuts.
Step 3
Attach the Door-Mount Brackets (B) to the outside of the L-Brackets (A) using one (1) 1/4-20 x 1/2" Phillips Bolt (w/ Washer) (G) ?⚪ and one (1) 1/4-20 x 1/2" Fillister Head Screw (F) ? per bracket.
Illustration depicts a Door-Mount Bracket (B) being connected to an L-Bracket (A) with a Phillips bolt and washer (G) and a fillister head screw (F).
Step 4A
To prevent screws from going through and damaging the door, align the Door-Mount Brackets (B) with the thickest part of the cabinet door. Proceed to Step 4B if the brackets don't reach the thickest part of the door.
Diagram shows the Door-Mount Bracket (B) aligned with the thicker section of a cabinet door. An indicator suggests moving to Step 4B if alignment is problematic.
Step 4B
If spacers are not needed, skip to Step 5. To extend the Door-Mount Brackets (B) to the thicker part of the door, use two (2) Door-Mount Bracket Spacers (J) ⚪, one (1) 1/4-20 x 1" Pan Head Screw (H) ?, and one (1) 1/4-20 x 1" Phillips Bolt (w/ Washer) (I) ?⚪. Repeat for the other bracket.
Illustrates the use of spacers (J) with screws (H) and bolts (I) to extend the reach of the Door-Mount Bracket (B) for thicker doors.
Step 5
Apply Double-Sided Tape (K) ? to the Door-Mount Brackets (B). Align the cabinet door to ensure it is level, then firmly press it onto the brackets to secure.
Shows double-sided tape (K) being applied to the back of the Door-Mount Brackets (B). The cabinet door is then positioned and pressed firmly onto the brackets.
Step 5 (Continued)
Attach each Door-Mount Bracket (B) to the cabinet door with two (2) #6 x 1/2" Flat Head Screws (E) ? into slotted locations 〰️, to allow side-to-side adjustment. Once the door is aligned, secure a third screw into one of the center holes.
Depicts attaching the Door-Mount Bracket (B) to the cabinet door using screws (E) in adjustable slotted holes. A third screw is added to a central hole for stability.
Step 6
Loosen the bolts ? to adjust the door. Once aligned, re-tighten.
Arrows (➡️) indicate loosening and then re-tightening bolts to adjust the door's final position.
