Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully for assembly. Note that some steps are shown for two identical units or sections (indicated by X2), requiring repetition of the process.
Step 1: Prepare Panels
Insert 8x screws (A1) into the designated holes on panels 1 and 3.
Insert 8x screws (A1) into the designated holes on panels 4 and 5. Repeat this process for the second unit/section.
Step 2: Assemble Side Panels
For one unit: Insert cam dowels (K) into panels 4. Insert cam locks (A2) into panels 5, ensuring the arrow points towards the edge. Connect panels 4 and 5, then tighten the cam locks (A2) by turning them clockwise [clockwise-arrow]. (Uses 8x A2, 8x K)
Repeat this step for the second unit/section.
Step 3: Connect Base and Shelves
For one unit: Insert 2x dowels (C) into panel 3. Attach panel 3 to the side panels (4) using 4x screws (D).
Attach the remaining side panels (5) to the structure using 4x cam dowels (K) and 4x cam locks (A2), ensuring correct orientation and tightening.
Step 4: Insert Shelves
For one unit: Slide the 4x back panels (8) into the grooves on the side panels (4 and 5).
Insert 16x shelf supports (E) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels (4 and 5) at the desired shelf heights. Place the 4x shelf panels (7) onto the supports.
Step 5: Attach Bottom and Top Panels
For one unit: Attach the bottom panel (2) to the assembled structure using 4x cam dowels (K) and 4x cam locks (A2).
Secure the structure with 4x dowels (B) and 4x screws (D).
Attach the top panel (1) similarly using 4x cam dowels (K) and 4x cam locks (A2).
Step 6: Secure Back Panels
For one unit: Attach the back panels (8) to the rear of the unit using 6x screws (J) and 16x screws (L). Ensure the panels are flush with the edges.
Attach 16x corner braces/brackets (F) to the back corners using 16x screws (L).
