Assembly Steps
Step 01
Attach hardware A (screws) and hardware B (dowels) to panels 1 (shelf), 3 (side panel), and 4 (back panel) as shown in the diagram. The diagram indicates insertion points for screws and dowels on these panels.
Step 02
Connect panel 3 (side panel) to panel 4 (back panel). Insert hardware B (dowels) into the corresponding holes. Insert hardware A (screws) into the pre-drilled holes to secure the connection. The diagram shows two panels being joined, with dowels and screws indicated.
Quickfit and Cam Lock Usage:
Quickfit: Tighten the quickfit until its shoulder is flush with the panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.
Cam Lock: When fitting a cam lock, ensure its starting position is correct before inserting the connecting quickfit. The quickfit head should be in the centre of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. The cam lock should be inserted before the quickfit. To tighten, turn the cam lock clockwise.
Step 03
Attach hardware C (screws) and hardware D (screws) to panels 2 (side panel) and 4 (back panel). Panel 2 is another side panel. The diagram shows screws being inserted into panels 2 and 4.
Step 04
Connect panel 1 (shelf) and panel 3 (side panel) to panel 2 (side panel) and panel 4 (back panel). Use hardware B (dowels) and hardware C (screws) for these connections. The diagram shows the structure taking shape, with panels being joined using dowels and screws.
Step 05
Insert shelves (part 5) into the assembled frame. Use hardware B (dowels) and hardware C (screws) to secure the shelves in place. The diagram shows multiple shelves being inserted and secured.
Step 06
Attach the base panel (part 6) and the long back panel (part 8) to the main structure. Use hardware C (screws), hardware D (screws), and hardware G (cam lock covers) as indicated. The diagram shows the base and a long back panel being attached with various screws and cam lock covers.
Step 07
Attach the top panel (part 7) and the remaining shelves (parts 9 and 10) to the structure. Use hardware E (screws) and hardware F (cam lock). The diagram shows the top panel and shelves being secured with screws and cam locks.
Step 08
Final assembly check. The diagram shows the completed bookcase structure with arrows indicating the placement of parts 9 and 10 into the main unit. The word "Done" is displayed.
