Product Composition
The Proscenic P11 Series vacuum cleaner consists of the following main components:
- Handle Assembly: Includes the handle, touchscreen display, power switch (on/off), speed selection controls, and potentially error code display.
- Main Unit/Motor Housing: Contains the motor, dustbin, filter device, dustbin release button, and battery.
- Dustbin: Collects dirt and debris. Features a release button and a cover.
- Filters: Includes a HEPA filter and a sponge filter for air purification.
- Extension Tube: A metal tube that connects the main unit to the brush head, allowing for extended reach.
- Electric Brush Head: The main cleaning attachment, featuring LED lighting and an articulation button for adjusting the head angle.
- Accessories: Various specialized brush heads for different cleaning tasks.
⚠️ Attention:
- The central filter must be dried thoroughly after washing before reassembly for normal use.
- The entire central filter assembly can be washed. For optimal cleaning performance, clean the filter regularly (approximately every 10 uses). It is recommended to replace the filter every 3 to 6 months depending on usage to ensure the best machine performance.
Accessory Installation
Wall Mount Installation Kit
The kit allows for mounting the charging support on the wall.
Method 1: Sticker Installation
Follow the provided sticker guide for placement and installation.
Method 2: Screw Installation
- Drill holes according to the alignment guide.
- Insert plastic expansion tubes into the drilled holes.
- Align the bracket with the screw holes and install/tighten the screws.
Motor Charging
Wall Charging
Attach the charging support to the wall. Connect the AC adapter to the charging support and hang the main unit onto the support to charge.
- Charging Indicator: Three power indicator lights illuminate sequentially during charging. A fully charged battery is indicated by all three lights being solid white. Charging typically takes about 3 hours.
- Low Battery: The first power indicator light will flash white when the battery is low, indicating it's time to charge.
- Auto Protection: If the power is critically low, the machine will automatically shut down to protect the battery. In this state, pressing the power button will not start the machine, and the first indicator light will flash white. Charge or replace the battery.
DC Port Charging
Plug the AC adapter into an electrical outlet and connect its output tip to the battery charging port on the main unit.
⚠️ Attention:
- Only use the provided AC adapter for charging.
- The machine cannot be operated while it is charging.
Product Usage
Motor Operation
- Start: Press the power button to start the machine. It defaults to AUTO mode.
- Power Modes: There are 3 suction power levels. Press the [Speed] icon (88) on the display panel to adjust between Silent, Automatic, and Powerful modes.
- Stop: When the vacuum is on, press the power button again to turn it off.
Note: The power switch is a momentary (jog) button that is activated/deactivated with a simple press.
Accessory Usage
Extension Tube: The metal extension tube can be used selectively based on the cleaning environment, connecting to the main unit or brush head.
Electric Brush Head: Suitable for cleaning hard floors, tiles, or short-pile carpets. Using the metal extension tube is recommended for a better experience (Figure 1).
Anti-mite Electric Brush: Insert and secure the anti-mite electric brush into the suction holder. Use it for cleaning sofas, mattresses, beds, etc. (Figure 2).
Long and Flat Brush: Insert and secure the long and flat brush into the nozzle holder. This brush is useful for cleaning ceilings, shelves, computer keyboards, and other hard-to-reach narrow spaces (Figure 3).
Round Brush: Insert and secure the round brush into the suction holder.
- Directly connected to the motor, the round brush can clean desks, furniture, sofas, and short-pile carpets (Figure 4).
- When attached to the metal extension tube, the round brush can clean high places such as ceilings and curtains (Figure 5).
Disassembly and Maintenance
Dustbin and Filter
Detaching the Dustbin
Simultaneously press the release buttons on both sides of the dustbin to detach it.
Cleaning the Filter
After washing the HEPA filter and sponge filter, ensure they are completely dry before use. Avoid exposing them to direct sunlight.
Water Tank Installation (Optional Feature)
Note: Do not use water on carpets.
- Wet the washable cleaning cloth with water and attach it via Velcro. Fill the water inlet with clean water and securely close the rubber cover.
- Install the water tank perpendicularly to the motorized brush as indicated by the arrow.
Water Tank Filter Cartridge
If little or no water is dispensed, it is recommended to replace the water tank filter cartridges.
- Remove the two filter cartridges.
- Firmly press the new filter cartridge into place until it clicks securely.
Filter Component Installation
- Align the air guide block of the stainless steel filter assembly with the dustbin inlet. Install the stainless steel filter into the dustbin from the top. Ensure the bayonet limit aligns with the dustbin's limit bar.
- Place the sponge filter at the bottom of the HEPA cover. Ensure the sponge filter is fully secured by the 5 bosses; otherwise, the filtering effect may be compromised.
- With the HEPA assembly cable facing upwards, place the HEPA assembly into the dustbin from the top. Align the HEPA assembly's bayonet limit with the dustbin reservoir's limit bar.
Dustbin Installation
- Click the dustbin into the motor housing. Ensure the notches are properly seated.
- Push the bottom of the dustbin in the direction shown in the diagram until you hear a click.
Electronic Brush and Roller Brush
Instructions for removing and installing the electronic brush and roller brush are provided via diagrams.
Battery Removal and Installation
- Remove Battery: Simultaneously press the battery release buttons on both sides. Grip the battery and pull it out.
- Install Battery: Align the battery slot with the connector. Press the bottom to slide the battery into place until it clicks securely.
