Important Safety Instructions

Before using this appliance, read all instructions and warning labels included in this manual and on the appliance. Basic safety precautions must always be followed when using an electrical appliance, including the following:

WARNING

These warnings apply to the appliance and, where applicable, to all tools, accessories, chargers, or power adapters.

TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY:

  1. This Proscenic appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or reasoning capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they have been supervised or instructed by a responsible person regarding the safe use of the appliance and understand the risks involved. Children are prohibited from cleaning and maintaining the appliance without supervision.
  2. Do not allow the machine to be used as a toy. Pay close attention if it is used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the machine.
  3. Use only as described in this manual. Do not perform any maintenance tasks other than those indicated in this manual or recommended by customer service.
  4. This machine is designed for domestic use exclusively. Do not use it outdoors or on wet surfaces.
  5. Do not handle any component, including the plug, with wet hands.
  6. Do not use if the cable or plug is damaged. If the cable is damaged, to prevent personal injury, it must be repaired by the proscenic Spain S.L.U. technical service.
  7. Do not use the appliance if it malfunctions, has been dropped, fallen, damaged, left outdoors, or submerged in water. Contact the proscenic customer service line.
  8. If the appliance requires maintenance or repair, contact the proscenic customer service line. Do not disassemble the appliance, as incorrect assembly may cause electric shock or fire.
  9. Do not stretch or strain the cable. Keep the cable away from hot surfaces. Avoid trapping the cable when closing any door, and do not pull the cable around edges or sharp corners. Keep the cable away from traffic areas to prevent tripping hazards. Do not run the machine over the cable.
  10. Do not unplug the machine by pulling the cable. To unplug, pull the machine’s plug, not the cable. Using an extension cord is not recommended.
  11. Do not use the vacuum cleaner to collect water.
  12. Do not use the appliance to vacuum flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or in areas where vapors from such liquids may be present.
  13. Do not vacuum anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or incandescent ashes.
  14. Keep hair, clothing, fingers, and all parts of the body away from openings and moving parts, such as the brush. Do not point the hose, handle, or accessories at eyes or ears, or put them in your mouth.
  15. Do not insert any object into the machine's openings. Do not use the appliance if any opening is blocked; keep it clear of dust, lint, hair, or anything else that may reduce airflow.
  16. Only use Proscenic recommended accessories and spare parts.
  17. Do not use the vacuum cleaner without the transparent dustbin or filters properly in place.
  18. Unplug the charger when not in use for extended periods and before performing maintenance.
  19. Use caution when cleaning on stairs.
  20. Do not install, charge, or use this appliance outdoors, in a bathroom, or within three meters of a swimming pool. Do not use it on wet surfaces or expose it to moisture, rain, or snow.
  21. Only use Proscenic batteries and chargers; other types of batteries may cause injury or material damage.
  22. Do not incinerate the appliance even if it is severely damaged or broken. Batteries can explode if they come into contact with fire.
  23. Always turn off the appliance before connecting or disconnecting the hose or motorized brush.

Product Composition

The Proscenic P11 Series vacuum cleaner is comprised of a main unit containing the motor, dustbin, and filter assembly. It features a touch screen display, a handle with an on/off switch and mode selector, a removable battery with a release button, and a charging port. An extension tube connects the main unit to cleaning heads. The primary cleaning head is an electric floor brush with LED illumination. Other components include dustbin release buttons, filter components, and air outlet grilles.

Attention:

  1. The central filter assembly must be dried if washed before it can be assembled for normal use.
  2. The central filter assembly can be washed. For optimal cleaning performance, please empty the dustbin and clean the central filter assembly promptly. Please clean the central filter assembly after approximately 10 uses. However, to ensure the best performance of the machine, it is recommended to replace the filter assembly every 3–6 months depending on usage.

Accessory Installation

The desired suction tip can be used by connecting it to the suction tip holder. The metal extension tube can be used selectively depending on the actual environment.

Use of the Electric Floor Brush

The electric floor brush can be used to clean hard floors, tiles, or short-pile carpets. Using a metal extension tube is recommended for a better experience.

Wall-Mounted Charger Installation

Method 1: Sticker Installation

  1. Align the sticker with the desired mounting position.
  2. Press the sticker firmly against the wall.
  3. Mount the charging dock onto the sticker.

Method 2: Screw Installation

  1. Drill 3 holes according to the position of the alignment sticker.
  2. Insert the plastic expansion tube into the screw hole.
  3. Align the hanger with the screw holes, then install and tighten the screws.

Motor Charging

Wall Charging

Fix the charging dock to the wall, connect the power adapter to the charging dock, and hang the motor on the charging dock to charge it. The three power indicators (white) illuminate in ascending order during charging. When the battery is fully charged, the three-compartment power indicator is solid white. (It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge). When the battery is depleted, the first cell power indicator flashes white; charge it promptly. When the power is too low, the machine automatically shuts off to protect the battery. At this point, the machine will not function when the power button is pressed. The first power indicator flashes white. You must charge the battery or replace it with a fully charged battery.

DC Charging Port

Plug the power adapter into a power outlet, and connect the adapter's output tip to the battery's charging port.

Attention:

  1. This machine can only be charged with the supplied power adapter.
  2. The machine cannot operate during the charging process. At this time, pressing the power switch will not make the machine function.

Product Use

Motor Use

Start: Press the power button to start the machine; it operates in AUTO mode by default. SUCTION LEVELS: Power Mode: There are 3 suction power levels. Press the icon (?) on the display panel at the end of the main unit to adjust the power level: silent mode, automatic mode, and powerful mode. Off: While powered on, press the power button again to turn off the machine. Note: The power switch is a single-touch start button that only requires a single press to turn on/off.

Use of the Anti-mite Electric Brush

Insert the anti-mite electric brush into the suction tip holder and secure it for use. The anti-mite electric brush can be used to clean sofas, mattresses, and cribs.

Use of the Flat and Long Suction Tip

Insert the flat and long suction tip into the suction tip holder and secure it for use. The long flat suction tip can be used to clean ceilings, shelves, computer keyboards, and narrow gaps that are difficult to clean.

Use of the Round Suction Tip

Insert the round suction tip into the suction tip holder and secure it for use.

  1. Connected directly to the motor, the round suction tip can be used to clean the desk, cabinet, sofa, or short-pile carpet.
  2. Attached to the metal extension tube, the round suction tip can be used to clean high places such as ceilings and curtains.

Disassembly and Maintenance

Dustbin and Filter Assembly

Disassemble the Dustbin

  1. Press the dustbin release button simultaneously on both sides.

Clean Filter Assembly

Note: After washing the HEPA filter and sponge filter, please dry them before use. (Do not expose them to the sun)

Water Tank Installation

Do not run over carpets to avoid wetting them.

  1. Moisten the cloth with water, place the cloth on the velcro, fill the water inlet with water, and securely close the rubber cover.
  2. Place the tank perpendicular to the floor brush and install it following the direction of the arrow.

Water Tank Filter

If there is little or no water leakage, it is recommended to replace the water tank filter cartridges.

  1. Remove the two filter cartridges.
  2. Firmly press the new filter cartridge until it clicks into place.

Filter Component Installation

  1. Keep the air guide block of the stainless steel filter assembly on the same side as the dustbin inlet, and install the stainless steel filter assembly into the dustbin from the top. Ensure the bayonet limit is aligned with the dustbin's limit bar.
  2. Place the sponge filter in the lower part of the HEPA cover. Ensure the filter sponge is fully seated with the 5 bumps. Otherwise, it will affect the filtering effect.
  3. Hold the HEPA assembly with the cord facing upwards, and place the HEPA assembly into the dustbin from the top. Ensure the HEPA assembly's bayonet limit is aligned with the dustbin's limit bar.

Dustbin Installation

  1. Fit the dustbin onto the motor. Ensure the snap fasteners are in place.
  2. Push the bottom of the dustbin in the direction shown in the image until you hear a click.

Floor Brush and Roller Brush

Battery Installation

Battery Extraction: Press the battery release buttons on both sides simultaneously.

Install Battery: Align the battery slot with the card slot, and press the bottom part to slide it into the battery slot until it clicks into place.
