Important Safety Instructions
When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
WARNING: These warnings apply to the appliance and, where applicable, to all tools, accessories, chargers, or power adapters.
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY:
- This Proscenic appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or reasoning capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Do not allow the machine to be used as a toy. Pay close attention if it is used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the machine.
- Use only as described in this manual. Do not perform any maintenance other than that indicated in this manual, or recommended by Proscenic customer service.
- This machine is designed for domestic use only. Do not use it outdoors or on wet surfaces.
- Do not handle any component, or the plug, with wet hands.
- Do not use if the cable or plug is damaged. If the cable is damaged, to prevent personal injury, it must be repaired by Proscenic technical service.
- Do not use the appliance if it malfunctions, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water. Contact the Proscenic customer service line.
- If the appliance requires maintenance or repair, contact the Proscenic customer service line. Do not disassemble the appliance, as incorrect assembly may cause electric shock or fire.
- Do not stretch or strain the cable. Keep the cable away from hot surfaces. Avoid trapping the cable when closing any door, and do not pull the cable around sharp edges or corners. Keep the cable away from traffic areas to prevent it from being stepped on or tripped over. Do not run the machine over the cable.
- Do not unplug the machine by pulling the cable. To unplug, pull the machine's plug, not the cable. Use of an extension cord is not recommended.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner to collect water.
- Do not use the appliance to vacuum flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or in areas where vapors from such liquids may be present.
- Do not vacuum anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
- Avoid contact between hair, clothing, fingers, or any other part of the body with the openings or moving parts, such as the brush. Do not point the hose, handle, or accessories at eyes or ears, or put them in your mouth.
- Do not insert any object into the machine's openings. Do not use the appliance if any opening is blocked; keep it free of dust, lint, hair, or anything else that may reduce airflow.
- Use only Proscenic recommended accessories and spare parts.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner without the transparent bin or filters properly in place.
- Unplug the charger when not in use for extended periods and before performing maintenance.
- Exercise caution when cleaning on stairs.
- Do not install, charge, or use this appliance outdoors, in a bathroom, or within three meters of a swimming pool. Do not use it on wet surfaces or expose it to moisture, rain, or snow.
- Use only Proscenic batteries and chargers; other types of batteries may cause injury or material damage.
- Do not incinerate the appliance even if it is severely damaged or broken. Batteries can explode upon contact with fire.
- Always turn off the appliance before connecting or disconnecting the hose or motorized brush.
Product Composition
The Proscenic P10 PRO vacuum cleaner consists of the following main components:
- Main Unit (Machine): Houses the motor, dust container, filter system, and controls.
- Handle: Ergonomic grip with the power switch and mode selection controls.
- Power Switch: A one-touch button to turn the machine on/off.
- Touch Screen: Displays information such as electricity level, mode, and error codes.
- Dust Container: Collects dirt and debris. Features a release button for easy emptying.
- Filter Assembly: Includes a HEPA filter and sponge filter for air purification.
- Dust Container Lid: Secures the dust container.
- Metal Extension Tube: Connects the main unit to the floor brush or other accessories, allowing for extended reach.
- Electric Broom Head (Floor Brush): Used for cleaning floors, tiles, and short-pile carpets.
- LED Illumination: Lights up the cleaning area.
- Battery: Removable power source.
- Charging Port: For connecting the charger.
- Battery Release Button: Used to detach the battery.
- Tip Holder/Portapuntas: For storing accessory tips.
Important Notes on Filters:
- The central filter assembly must be dried if washed before it can be reassembled for normal use.
- The central filter assembly is washable. For optimal cleaning performance, empty and clean the filter assembly regularly. It is recommended to clean the filter assembly approximately every 10 uses. For best machine performance, replace the filter assembly every 3-6 months depending on usage.
Accessory Installation
Various accessories can be attached to the main unit or the metal extension tube for different cleaning tasks.
Wall-Mounted Charger Bracket Installation:
Two methods are provided for installing the wall bracket:
- Method 1: Label Installation: Follow the instructions indicated by the label for placement.
- Method 2: Screw Installation:
- Drill 3 holes according to the alignment label.
- Insert plastic expansion tubes into the drilled holes.
- Align the bracket with the screw holes and install/tighten the screws.
Connecting Accessories:
The desired suction nozzle can be attached to the suction nozzle holder. The metal extension tube can be used selectively based on the cleaning environment.
- Electric Floor Brush: Use for hard floors, tiles, or short-pile carpets. Using the metal extension tube is recommended for a better experience.
- Anti-mite Electric Brush: Insert into the suction nozzle holder and secure. Use for cleaning sofas, mattresses, and cribs.
- Flat and Long Suction Nozzle: Insert into the suction nozzle holder and secure. Use for cleaning ceilings, shelves, computer keyboards, and narrow gaps.
- Round Suction Nozzle: Insert into the suction nozzle holder and secure.
- Connect directly to the motor for cleaning desks, cabinets, sofas, or short-pile carpets.
- Attach to the metal extension tube for cleaning high places such as ceilings and curtains.
Motor Charging
The vacuum cleaner can be charged either mounted on the wall bracket or via the DC charging port.
Wall Charging:
Fix the charging bracket to the wall, connect the power adapter to the bracket, and hang the motor unit on the bracket to charge.
- During charging, the indicator light flashes orange.
- When fully charged, the indicator light is green and stays on. Full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.
- When the battery power is low, the indicator flashes red. Alternatively, it may flash green for 5 seconds after the machine starts and then stop functioning. In this case, please charge it promptly.
- If the battery power is critically low, the machine will automatically shut off to protect the battery. The machine will not operate when the ON button is pressed, and the indicator light will flash red. Charge the battery immediately or replace it with a fully charged battery.
DC Charging Port:
Plug the power adapter into a power outlet and connect the adapter's output tip to the battery's charging port.
Attention:
- This machine can only be charged with the supplied power adapter.
- The machine cannot operate during the charging process. Pressing the power switch will not activate the machine while it is charging.
Product Usage
Operating the Motor:
- Start: Press the power button to start the machine. It operates in AUTO mode by default.
- Suction Levels: There are 3 suction power levels. Press the MODE icon on the main unit's display panel to adjust between silent, automatic, and powerful modes.
- Stop: While the machine is on, press the power button again to turn it off.
Note: The power switch is a one-touch button for starting and stopping.
Using Accessories:
Connect the desired suction nozzle to the suction nozzle holder. The metal extension tube can be used selectively based on the cleaning environment.
Using the Electric Floor Brush:
The electric floor brush can be used for cleaning hard floors, tiles, or short-pile carpets. Using a metal extension tube is recommended for a better experience.
Using the Anti-mite Electric Brush:
Insert the anti-mite electric brush into the suction nozzle holder and secure it. It can be used to clean sofas, mattresses, and cribs.
Using the Flat and Long Suction Nozzle:
Insert the flat and long suction nozzle into the suction nozzle holder and secure it. This nozzle is useful for cleaning ceilings, shelves, computer keyboards, and narrow gaps.
Using the Round Suction Nozzle:
Insert the round suction nozzle into the suction nozzle holder and secure it.
- When connected directly to the motor, the round suction nozzle can be used to clean desks, cabinets, sofas, or short-pile carpets.
- When attached to the metal extension tube, the round suction nozzle can be used to clean high places such as ceilings and curtains.
Disassembly and Maintenance
Dust Container and Filter Assembly:
Disassembling the Dust Container: Press the dust container release button simultaneously on both sides.
Filter Cleaning:
- After washing the HEPA filter and sponge filter, please dry them thoroughly before use. Do not expose them to direct sunlight.
- Installing Filter Components:
- Ensure the guide block of the stainless steel filter assembly is on the same side as the dust container inlet. Install the stainless steel filter assembly into the dust container from the top. Align the bayonet limit with the container's limit bar.
- Place the sponge filter into the bottom of the HEPA cover, ensuring it is fully secured by the 5 notches. Improper fitting will affect filtration.
- With the HEPA assembly cord facing upwards, place the HEPA assembly into the dust container from the top. Ensure the HEPA assembly's bayonet limit aligns with the dust container's limit bar.
Installing the Dust Container:
- Clip the dust container onto the motor, ensuring the snap fasteners are in place.
- Push the bottom of the dust container as shown in the diagram until you hear a click.
Floor Brush and Roller Brush:
Diagrams show the process of attaching/detaching the floor brush and roller brush.
Battery Installation/Extraction:
- Battery Extraction: Press the battery release buttons on both sides simultaneously.
- Battery Installation: Align the battery slot with the card slot. Press the bottom part to slide it into the battery slot until it clicks into place.
Troubleshooting

Please check the above points before consulting the maintenance department. If the power cable is damaged and requires special tools, it must be replaced at a designated service point by the manufacturer. If you need to purchase consumables (HEPA filter, etc.), please contact customer service.
