Smart cleaning, simple life.

Important Safety Precautions

Please read this manual carefully before using the product.

  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner to suck up detergents, alcohol, thinners, broken glass, needles, soot, wet objects, liquids, matches, etc.
  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner for cement, plaster, construction materials, or large toys, as this may cause malfunctions such as blockage or motor shutdown.
  • Keep the vacuum cleaner away from fire and high-temperature locations.
  • When using the vacuum cleaner, ensure the filter and floor brush roller are installed.
  • Do not block the suction inlet or the rotation of the brush roller, as this may cause motor failure.
  • Do not pour or spray water or other liquids into the machine to avoid short circuits and damage to electronics.
  • When using a new battery or after a long period of disuse, please charge the battery fully. If the vacuum cleaner is not used for an extended period, charge and discharge the battery at least once every three months.
  • When the vacuum cleaner is fully charged and needs cleaning or repair, unplug the charger immediately by pulling the adapter, not the power cord.
  • When cleaning the vacuum cleaner, use a dry cloth. Do not use alcohol, thinners, or other detergents, as they may damage the housing or cause discoloration.
  • Do not use or store the vacuum cleaner in extreme temperature conditions (very high or low). It is recommended to use the vacuum cleaner in an indoor environment between 0°C and 40°C. Store in a cool, dry place and do not expose to direct sunlight for extended periods.
  • Do not allow children to use or play with the vacuum cleaner.
  • If the vacuum cleaner does not function when fully charged, it must be inspected and repaired at a designated service center. Do not disassemble it without authorization.
  • Old battery packs should be recycled safely and not disposed of in regular trash.
  • If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a specialized technician from the manufacturer or a similar service center to avoid any danger.
  • After use, it is necessary to mount it on the wall or a hook, and it cannot be placed or mounted on its own to prevent it from hitting people.
