Precautions

  • Please read this manual carefully before using this product.
  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner to suck up liquids.
  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner to suck up cleaning agents, kerosene, glass shards, needles, soot, wet objects, feces, matches, etc.
  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner to suck up cement, plaster, building materials, etc., or toys and other large objects, as this may cause malfunctions such as vacuum cleaner blockage or motor burnout.
  • Keep the vacuum cleaner away from fire and high temperatures.
  • When using the vacuum cleaner, please ensure that the filter module and roller brush are installed.
  • When using the vacuum cleaner, please ensure that the suction inlet is not blocked and the brush roller rotation is not blocked, as this may lead to motor failure.
  • Do not pour or spray water or other liquids into the device to avoid short circuits and electronic burnout.
  • When using a new battery or using the device for the first time after a long period of storage, please fully charge the battery first. If the device is not used for a long time, you should charge and discharge the battery at least once every three months.
  • When your vacuum cleaner needs to be cleaned or maintained, please remove the vacuum cleaner from the charger.
  • When cleaning the vacuum cleaner, wipe it with a dry cloth. Do not use gasoline, thinner, or other cleaning agents, as they may cause damage or discoloration to the casing.
  • Please do not use or store the vacuum cleaner under extreme conditions such as very high or low temperatures. It is recommended to use the vacuum cleaner indoors at ambient temperatures between 0 and 40 °C. Please store it in a cool, dry place and do not expose it to direct sunlight.
  • Do not allow children to use the device as a toy.
  • If the device does not work even though it is fully charged, it must be checked and repaired at an authorized service center. Do not disassemble the device yourself without authorization.
  • Old batteries should be recycled safely and not disposed of as normal waste.
  • If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a professional in the manufacturer's local customer department or a similar service center to avoid hazards.
  • The device cannot stand on its own. Therefore, after use, it must be hung on the wall or wall mount to prevent injury to others.

Product Overview

The Proscenic P11 Smart Cordless Vacuum Cleaner consists of the following main parts:

Key Components of the Floor Brush:

  • Floor Brush (Bodendüse)

Important Notes:

  1. Wash the filters regularly with cold water. Ensure the filters are completely dry before reinstalling.
  2. With regular use, deposits may accumulate around the brushes and the HEPA filter. Regular maintenance is recommended to keep your vacuum cleaner running optimally.

Installation of Accessories

Accessory Installation Steps:

  1. Step 1: Connect the desired accessory (e.g., floor brush) to the extension tube or directly to the motor unit as required. Diagrams show the floor brush being attached to the extension tube, and the extension tube being attached to the main motor unit.
  2. Step 2: Ensure all connections are secure. Diagrams illustrate the process of connecting the components.

Installation of Wall Mount

Step 1: Install Sticker

Step 2: Install Screws

  1. Drill 3 holes according to the hole positions indicated by the alignment sticker.
  2. Insert the plastic expansion tubes into the drilled holes.
  3. Align the wall mount bracket with the screw holes, then insert and tighten the screws to secure the bracket to the wall.

Motor Charging

Charging via DC Port

Charging at the Wall Mount with Charging Station

When the battery is almost empty, the battery indicator will flash white. Charge the device promptly.

If the power is too low, the device will automatically shut down to protect the battery. The device will not operate even if the power switch is pressed. If the battery indicator flashes white, charge the battery or replace it with a fully charged one.

Important Notes:

  1. The vacuum cleaner can only be charged with the supplied power adapter.
  2. The vacuum cleaner cannot operate while charging. Pressing the power switch during charging will not activate the device.

Product Usage

Using the Motor

Turn On/Off: Press the power button to start the device; press again to stop the device.

Suction Levels: The device features 3 suction levels. Press the '88' icon on the display panel to select ECO mode, AUTO mode, or MAX mode.

Note: The power switch is a single-press button for turning the device on and off.

Note: For optimal cleaning, the vacuum cleaner may automatically set to a high suction level for 3 seconds after the OFF button is pressed. This is normal behavior.

Using the Attachments

Insert the desired suction nozzle into the holder. The metal extension tube can be attached as needed based on the cleaning task.

Using the Floor Brush

The floor brush is suitable for cleaning hard floors, tiles, and short-haired carpets. Using the metal extension tube is recommended for better results.

Using the Mini Electric Brush

The mini brush is effective for cleaning sofas, mattresses, children's beds, and similar surfaces.

Using the Crevice Nozzle

The crevice nozzle is designed for cleaning narrow spaces, such as ceilings, bookshelves, computer keyboards, and other hard-to-reach areas.

Using the Round Upholstery Nozzle

  1. Direct Connection: When connected directly to the motor unit, the round upholstery nozzle can be used for cleaning desks, cabinets, sofas, and short-haired carpets. A diagram illustrates this direct connection.
  2. With Extension Tube: When attached to the metal extension tube, the round upholstery nozzle can reach high areas like ceilings and curtains. A diagram shows the nozzle with an adjustable angle for cleaning high places.

Disassembly and Maintenance

Removing the Dust Container

Press the release buttons on both sides of the dust container simultaneously, then grip and pull the container to remove it.

Cleaning Filter Components

Diagrams show the disassembly of the dust container and its filter components, including the HEPA filter and filter sponge.

Note: After washing the HEPA filter and filter sponge, ensure they are completely dry before use. Avoid direct sunlight exposure during drying.

Installation of Filter Components

  1. Stainless Steel Filter Components: Hold the air guide block of the stainless steel filter components on the same side as the dust container inlet. Install these components into the dust container from the top. Ensure the guide slot aligns with the guide strip of the dust container.
  2. Filter Sponge: Place the filter sponge in the bottom of the HEPA cover. Ensure it is securely fixed in the 5 slots; otherwise, filtering efficiency may be reduced.
  3. HEPA Filter Components: Hold the HEPA filter components with the rope facing upwards and place them into the dust container from above. Ensure the guide slot of the HEPA filter components aligns with the guide strip of the dust container.

Installation of Dust Container

  1. Insert the dust container into the motor unit. Ensure the buckle is correctly positioned.
  2. Slide the bottom of the dust container in the indicated direction until a click is heard, confirming it is securely attached.

Floor Brush and Roller Brush

Battery

  1. Remove Battery: Press the battery release buttons on both sides simultaneously. Grip and pull the battery to remove it.
  2. Install Battery: Align the battery slot with the card slot. Press the bottom of the battery and slide it into the battery slot until it clicks into place.

Troubleshooting

Battery Information

  • Battery Type: Li-ion Battery.
  • Disposal: Dispose of the battery in accordance with local regulations or ordinances.
  • Usage: Do not use non-rechargeable batteries.
  • Leakage: In the unlikely event of battery liquid leakage, avoid contact with skin or eyes. Place the battery in a sealed plastic bag and dispose of it safely according to local environmental regulations.
