Notes
Read this instruction carefully before starting installation.
Verify all parts, especially the direction of the step bar and bracket, before installation.
The WIDER side of the step bar faces towards the front.
Use large size brackets for front and center positions, and small size brackets for the rear.
If the step bar is too close to the rocker panel, try adding M6 flat washers before attaching the bracket to the rocker panel.
If any parts are missing or damaged, please take a picture and contact customer support.
Installation Steps
Step 1:
Remove the factory rock rail if equipped. There are three mounting positions on each side.
Remove (6) M6 hex nuts on the rocker panel and (3) M8 hex bolts on the body frame.
Note: The step bar and factory rock rail cannot be installed simultaneously.
Step 2:
Attach the (2) front/center brackets and (1) rear bracket to the step bar. Secure with (12) M6 bolt sets.
Note: Ensure the wider side of the step bar is oriented towards the front.

Step 3:
With assistance, lift the step bar assembly and align it with the rocker panel. Feed the studs through the holes on the rocker panel.
Secure the brackets to the body panel using (3) M8 hex bolts, (3) M8 flat washers, and (3) M8 spring washers.
Do not fully tighten at this stage.

Step 4:
After the bracket is attached, secure the bracket studs on the rocker panel with (6) M6 flat washers, (6) M6 spring washers, and (6) M6 flange nuts.
Do not fully tighten at this stage.

Step 5:
Tighten the M6 bolts and nuts on the rocker panel to 10 ft. lbs.
Tighten the M8 bolts on the body panel to 20 ft. lbs.
Perform periodic checks to ensure all mounting hardware remains secure and tight.
