YITAMOTOR Fender Flares Installation Guide

Tools Required

• 10mm Socket
• 10mm Wrench
• 4mm Hex Bit
• Ratchet
• 1/4" Drill Bit
• Metric 6mm hand riveter (recommended)

Installation Steps

Step 1: Front Fender Flare Removal

1. Remove (6) M6 hex bolts and clips from the inner fender liner.
2. Remove the inner fender liner from the vehicle.
3. Drill out (6) fasteners on the factory front fender flare.
4. Pry up and remove clips from the fender flare.
5. Remove the factory front inner fender liner.
6. Disengage clips and disconnect the wire harness to remove the factory front fender.

Step 2: Rivet Nut Installation (Front)

1. Insert and collapse (9) rivet nuts into the fender panel.

Note: Insert the rivet tool into the mounting hole. Use a wrench to hold the nut on the rivet tool, and use another wrench or socket to turn the bolt clockwise to collapse the rivet nut into the fender panel.

Step 3: Front Fender Flare Attachment

1. Attach the front fender flare onto the fender panel.
2. Secure the fender flare to the fender panel using (9) M6 bolts, (9) M6 flat washers, and (9) M6 lock washers.

Step 4: Inner Fender Liner Installation (Front)

1. Trim and reinstall the factory inner fender liner or install another aftermarket fender liner.

Step 5: Rear Fender Flare Removal

1. Pry up and remove (4) rivets from the rear inner fender liner.
2. Drill out (9) fasteners on the factory rear fender flare.
3. Remove the factory rear inner fender liner.
4. Disengage clips to remove the factory rear fender flare.

Step 6: Rivet Nut Installation (Rear)

1. Insert and collapse (10) rivet nuts into the fender panel.

Step 7: Rear Fender Flare Attachment

1. Attach the rear fender flare onto the fender panel.
2. Secure the fender flare to the fender panel using (10) M6 bolts, (10) M6 flat washers, and (10) M6 lock washers.

Step 8: Inner Fender Liner Installation (Rear)

1. Trim and reinstall the factory rear inner fender liner or install another aftermarket fender liner.
