  • Waste pipe sold separately if a new installation.
  • Single-person assembly recommended.
  • Tools required.
  • Professional tradespeople are recommended for installation.

Parts: The fixing kit includes: Allen key (A), 2 x Threaded connectors (fixing bolts) (B), 2 x Plastic wall mounting housings (C), 2 x Grub screws (D), 2 x Plastic straws (E).

Tools Required: Allen key (supplied), Silicone.

Installation:

Preparing for a Wall Hung Toilet Pan Fitting:

  • A - Flush pipe is supplied with the Wall Frame/cistern assembly (sold separately).
  • B - Pan connector (waste pipe) is supplied with the Wall Frame/cistern assembly.

Please note: Pipes are not included.

This guide advises on the installation of the wall hung toilet pan only. For Wall Frame/cistern installation, refer to their specific guides.

Wall Hung Toilet Pan Fitting:

  1. After the wall frame is set and the wall finished, prepare the pipes (cutting may be required).
  2. Threaded bars should be exposed from the frame through the wall.
  3. Apply a small amount of lubricant (e.g., washing-up liquid) to the flush pipe and pan connector to assist fitting.
  4. Connect the flush pipe and pan connector to the frame. Screw female threaded connectors (fixing bolts) onto the threaded bars, aligning the cut-out with the fixing hole in the toilet pan.
  5. Insert plastic wall mounting housings into the rear of the toilet pan, aligning holes with the fixing holes on the top face of the pan.
  6. Push the toilet pan onto the wall frame, ensuring flush pipe and pan connector engage fully. (This step may require two people).
  7. Secure the grub screw into the plastic housing using the plastic straw, then use the Allen key to secure the grub screw into the cut-out on the connector to fix the toilet pan.
  8. Once installation is complete, perform a flush and leak test. Seal around the edge to finish.

Troubleshooting:

  • Flush volume into the pan, not sufficient: Adjust syphon flush volume, check syphon operation, or replace syphon if issues persist.
  • Water running into the pan continually after flushing: Check cistern water level against overflow, adjust inlet valve, or replace inlet valve if necessary.

Maintenance: Access cistern internals with water supply turned off. Refer to cistern instruction guide.

Cleaning: Wipe with a clean damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
