- Dial Light
- Seat
- Toilet Unit
- Cover
- Night Light
- Dryer
- Rear Wash
- Front Wash
Before Installation
Recommended Installation Area: Ensure adequate space for water and power connections.
IMPORTANT:
- Before commencing installation, the water and electrical supplies should be turned OFF.
- Note that a Flush Pipe and Waste Pipe are supplied, but their requirement depends on the cistern connection and soil stack position.
- Ensure all required tools and fittings are available before starting.
- Prepare the wall with the wall frame fitted, tiled/finished, with access holes for the flush pipe and waste pipe.
- Prepare the water supply pipe with a 1/2" female connector and electrical 3-core cable (connected to a 13-amp fuse spur or isolation switch outside the bathroom). Allow 200mm of water supply pipe and 400mm of electrical cable to extend beyond the wall surface for connection.
Installation Instructions
- Connect the stop valve to the pipe end with an adequate seal, tighten with a spanner.
- Place a bucket under the stop valve, open it, and flush the pipe for at least 10 seconds to remove debris. Close the stop valve.
- Connect the 1/2" female threaded end of the Filter to the Stop Valve, ensuring the seal is fitted and tighten.
- Connect the 3/8" - 1/2" Flexi Pipe to the Filter, ensuring the seal is fitted and tighten with a spanner (do not overtighten).
- Water supply pressure should be 0.7-7.5 Bar. Check supply when connecting the filter. For 0.7 bar, expect 1.5L water in 60 seconds after filter installation.
- Push the flush pipe and waste pipe into the wall frame, ensuring they are level and aligned. Mark a line on the pipes at the wall surface.
- Remove pipes from the wall, push them onto the toilet pan, and mark a line level with the back of the pan.
- Measure the distance between the marks on the flush pipe (dimension L1). Add 6mm to L1 and cut the pipe at this point.
- Repeat for the waste pipe, adding 3mm to the measured distance and cut.
- Smooth the internal edges of the cut pipes and create an external chamfer.
- Insert the pipes back into the toilet and ensure they are fully attached.
- Remove the seat screws using a cross-head screwdriver.
- Pull the seat from the toilet pan (do not turn upside down).
- Attach threaded bolts to the frame, screwing inwards until 48mm of thread is exposed.
- Place the toilet cushion against the wall over the threaded bolts and pipe holes.
- Push the toilet base against the wall, ensuring waste and flush pipes engage for a full seal and the pan holes align with the frame bolts.
- Pull through the flexi pipe and cable for connection to the seat unit.
- Push threaded bolt sleeves over the bolts and into the pan holes to protect the ceramic. Place washers onto the bolts, fit nuts, and tighten until secure.
- Slide out the support box from underneath the toilet pan once the pan is secured.
- Trim any exposed cushion around the toilet pan edge with a sharp knife.
- Strip household cable wires for connection to the coupler. Tidy ends and connect securely.
- Repeat for the cable attached to the toilet, then connect coupler sections.
- Connect the water supply flexi to the tank inlet on the underside of the toilet lid.
- Turn on water supply, stop valve, and electrical supply.
- Perform RCD test (instructions on RCD rear) and check all water connections for leaks.
- If flushing causes splashing, a flush rate limiter may be needed. If the bowl doesn't empty/clean, trim limiter teeth.
- Once checks are complete and no leaks are found, refit the lid assembly. Feed flexi pipe and cables carefully under the pan, avoiding kinks.
- Locate the seat onto the pan, pushing down at the rear (not the middle) to avoid cracking.
- Refit seat screws, tighten, and fit cover caps.
Installation of the Remote Holder
- Clean the wall surface where the remote holder will be located.
- Dry the surface fully.
- Peel off the adhesive strip cover from the rear of the holder.
- Place the holder on the wall, ensuring it is level. Press firmly and hold for a few seconds.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Frequency | Action |
---|---|
Daily | Remove water drops with a soft lint-free cloth to avoid limescale build-up. |
Weekly | Clean all surfaces and corners. Clean the spray nozzle (see Nozzle cleaning). |
Monthly | Clean the ceramic with low acidic cleaning agents. |
Every 6 months | Replace the filter if required (see Replacing the Filter). |
Note: Do not use strong abrasive cleaning agents or materials, as this can damage the product and invalidate your guarantee.
Tank Self-Clean:
If the product is not used for more than 72 hours, the next time it is used and the wash function is activated, the unit will carry out a self-clean for approximately 3 minutes. All functions will be deactivated during this time.
Cleaning the Nozzle:
- Regular cleaning of the nozzle is recommended to prevent blockages.
- To manually clean the nozzle: Open the seat cover and seat, rotate the control dial clockwise to extend the nozzle. Clean the nozzle holes with a brush and wipe clean.
- The nozzle will return after 5 minutes or when the Stop button is pressed.
Replacing the Filter
The filter has a life of 6 months and should be replaced to prevent reduced flow, especially in hard water areas.
- Turn off the power supply and water supply. The seat will need to be removed.
- Once power is cut, unscrew the seat from the toilet.
- Access the filter and stop valve.
- Turn the stop valve to the closed position.
- Disconnect the old filter and replace it with a new one, ensuring seals are refitted.
- Feed pipes back into the toilet base. Turn power back on, reset the RCD, and re-open the stop valve.
- Refit the seat and secure it.
Draining the Water Tank
The water and power must be cut to the unit before draining. Do not invert the seat. Ensure a water holding container is in place.
- Using pliers, hold the plug on the tank and turn it to OPEN. Pull out the plug; water will begin to drain.
- After draining, insert the plug and turn it to CLOSE.
