First-Time Bluetooth Pairing
Turn on Bluetooth on your device.

Press and hold the button on the headphones for 10 seconds. Release the button. The indicator light will flash red and blue, signaling pairing mode.

Select 'JLab JBuds Band' from your device's Bluetooth settings to connect. The blue indicator light will flash slowly during pairing.

Repeated Use
If your JLab JBuds Band is already paired, the headphones will automatically connect to your Bluetooth device after powering on. (Refer to the 'Button Functions' section for detailed instructions.)
Button Functions
- Volume Up: Single press.
- Next Track: Press and hold for 2+ seconds.
- Power On/Off: Press and hold for 2 seconds.
- Play/Pause / Answer Call / End Call: Single press.
- Reject Call: Press and hold for 1 second.
- Activate Siri (iOS) or OK Google (Android): Double press.
- Previous Track: Press and hold for 2 seconds.
Equalizer Modes
To select different equalizer settings, quickly press both buttons (JLab JBuds Band 3 equalizer settings activate sequentially):
- JLab SIGNATURE: Single beep. Provides JLab C3™ sound, highlighting vocals and bass.
- BALANCED: Two beeps. Offers an even sound profile without additional processing.
- BASS BOOST: Three beeps. Delivers enhanced bass and deep bass.
Indicator Sounds
- Power On: Chime sound.
- Bluetooth Connected: 2 beeps.
- Low Battery: "Low Battery" notification (when battery is below 20%).
- Power Off: Chime sound.
Charging
Open the USB port cover and connect the cable to a computer or USB power source.

The red indicator light stays ON during charging. The light turns blue when charging is complete.

Fitting
Choose the appropriate ear tip size for a secure fit.
Adjust the earbud position using the adjustable ear tip housing for your preferred fit.

Place the neckband around your neck, with the control module positioned on the right side.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues
I Don't See My JLab JBuds Band on My Device
Turn Bluetooth OFF and then ON again in your device's settings.

If you still do not see the JLab JBuds Band, repeat the steps outlined in the 'First-Time Bluetooth Pairing' section.
JLab JBuds Band Does Not Automatically Connect After Powering On
Open your device's settings and select 'Forget JLab JBuds Band' to remove the previous pairing.

Turn Bluetooth OFF and then ON again in your device's settings.
Repeat the steps in the 'First-Time Bluetooth Pairing' section.
Bluetooth is Connected to the Wrong Device
Note: The JLab JBuds Band can remember up to 8 devices. It will automatically attempt to connect to the last used device.
If the JLab JBuds Band has been connected to multiple devices, turn OFF Bluetooth on the other devices. Then, turn Bluetooth ON for the device you wish to connect to.

Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. Release. The indicator light will flash red and blue, signaling pairing mode. Select 'JLab JBuds Band' from your device's Bluetooth settings to connect. The blue indicator light will flash slowly during pairing.

Warnings
- Ensure the USB port cover is closed and secured. This protects the device from sweat and water damage. [Visual: USB port cover shown closed and secure.]
- The JLab JBuds Band headphones must be completely dry before charging. Exposure to moisture can damage internal components. It is best to let the headphones air dry before charging. [Visual: Headphones shown air drying.]
Precautions
- Avoid moisture or liquids from entering the earbud tips or charging port.
- Avoid excessive heat, cold, and humidity.
- Avoid dropping, crushing, or stressing the cable. Do not bend the cable at a sharp angle.
- Earwax may accumulate in the ear tips, which can degrade sound quality. To improve sound quality, gently remove earwax using a cotton swab or other small tool.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, reduce the volume or temporarily discontinue using the headphones.
- If you experience persistent discomfort while using the product, stop using it and consult a doctor.
- We recommend treating your headphones similarly to sunglasses; store them in a safe place between uses.
