Pairing Your JLab Epic ANC Headphones
Follow these steps to pair your JLab Epic ANC headphones with your device.

Step 1: Enable Bluetooth
Enable Bluetooth on your device. ?

Step 2: Initiate Pairing Mode
Press and hold the main button on the headphones for 8 seconds.

Step 3: Confirmation
The indicator lights on the headphones will flash blue and red, indicating they are in pairing mode.

Your device should now detect "JLab Epic ANC". Select it to connect.

Re-use
Once paired, your JLab Epic ANC headphones will automatically connect to your Bluetooth device when turned on. (Refer to the Button Features section for instructions).
Warning: Protection from Moisture
⚠️ Ensure the USB port is closed and sealed to protect your headphones from sweat and water damage.
Before charging, ensure the headphones are completely dry. Moisture exposure can damage internal components. Air dry the headphones before charging.

Audio Alerts
- Power On: Ring
- Bluetooth Connected: 2 beeps

AUX Connection
- Connect the USB cable to the JLab Epic ANC and attach the USB to AUX adapter. ?
- Play from airplane ✈️ or AUX device.
- Play from a device connected via cable without battery.

Charging
Connect to a computer or external device (5V 1A USB ?).

Troubleshooting Connection
I don't see the EPIC ANC on my device
- Turn Bluetooth off and then back on in your device settings. ?
- If you still do not see it, repeat the instructions in the 'First Pairing: Pairing Bluetooth' section.

EPIC ANC not connecting during pairing
- In your device settings, 'forget' the JLab Epic ANC.
- Repeat the Bluetooth pairing and connect to your device.

Troubleshooting Connection (Continued)
Bluetooth connects to an unwanted device
Note: The JLab Epic ANC can remember up to 8 devices. It will attempt to automatically connect to the last used device.
If you have more than one device connected to JLAB EPIC ANC, turn off Bluetooth on the unwanted devices and then turn on Bluetooth on the desired device. ?

Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. Release. The indicator light will flash red and blue to indicate pairing mode. The indicator light will flash blue slowly when Bluetooth is connected. ✔️

Please Note
- Avoid moisture or liquids on the headphones.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the headphones, pulling the cable forcefully, or bending the cable over sharp surfaces.
- Earwax buildup may occur on the ear tips, potentially reducing sound quality. Gently clean earwax with a cotton swab or a small brush to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try reducing the volume or temporarily stop using the headphones.
- If you experience persistent discomfort while using the product, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- We recommend treating your headphones with care, similar to expensive sunglasses, and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
