First Setup: Bluetooth Pairing

1On your device, turn on the Bluetooth function.

2Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. The indicator light will blink red and blue; this indicates pairing mode.

3On your device's Bluetooth settings, select 'JLab JBuds Band' to connect. Once Bluetooth pairing is complete, the indicator light will slowly blink blue.

Repeated Use
Once the JLab JBuds Band is paired with a device, the headphones will automatically connect to the Bluetooth device the next time they are turned on. (Follow the BUTTON FUNCTIONS instructions).
Button Functions
- Volume Up: Single click.
- Skip Forward: Click and hold for more than 2 seconds.
- Power On/Off: Click and hold for 2 seconds.
- Play/Pause: Single click.
- Answer/End Call: Single click.
- Reject Incoming Call: Click and hold for 1 second.
- Activate Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android): Double click.
- Bluetooth Pairing: Refer to "First Setup: Bluetooth Pairing".
- Volume Down: Single click.
- Skip Backward: Click and hold for more than 2 seconds.
EQ Modes
Quickly press both buttons to change EQ settings (JLab JBuds Band headphones will cycle through 3 EQ settings).
- JLab Signature EQ (One beep): JLab C3™ sound with amplified vocals and bass.
- Balanced EQ (Two beeps): Balanced sound without additional audio enhancements.
- Bass Boost EQ (Three beeps): Emphasizes powerful bass and deep bass.
Audio Cues
- Power On = Melody
- Connected via Bluetooth = 2 beeps
- Low Battery = "Low battery" (less than 20%)
- Power Off = Melody
Charging

1Open the USB cover and charge the device by connecting the cable to a computer or power source via USB.

2The indicator light will be solid red while charging and solid blue once charging is complete.

Wearing

1Choose the correct ear tip size.

2Insert the earbud into your ear to the desired position according to the adjustable ear tip placement.
ATP (Adjustable Ear Tip Placement):
Position 1: Snug, deeper fit.
Position 2: Looser, shallower fit.(Visual: Earbud insertion and placement options)

3Position the neckband around your neck so the controls are on your right side.

Troubleshooting
Cannot See JLab JBuds Band on My Device

1On your device, turn off and then turn on the Bluetooth function.

2If you still cannot see JLab JBuds Band, repeat the steps in 'First Setup: Bluetooth Pairing'.
JLab JBuds Band Does Not Reconnect After Powering On

1On your device settings, remove JLab JBuds Band.

2On your device settings, turn off and then turn on the Bluetooth function.

3Repeat the steps in 'First Setup: Bluetooth Pairing'.
Bluetooth Connects to Unwanted Device
Note: JLab JBuds Band can remember up to 8 devices. It will attempt to automatically connect to the last used device.

1If more than one device is connected to the JLab JBuds Band, turn off Bluetooth on the unwanted devices and turn on Bluetooth on the desired devices.

Warnings
Ensure the USB cover is closed and secured. The cover protects the device from sweat and water damage. (Visual: USB cover closed)
Before charging, the JLab JBuds Band earbuds must be completely dry. Moisture can damage internal components. It is best to air dry the headphones before charging. (Visual: Drying earbuds)
Safety Warnings
- Ensure no moisture or liquids get onto the ear tips or charging port.
- Do not expose headphones to extreme heat, cold, or humidity.
- Do not drop or apply pressure to the headphones. Do not pull the cable forcefully or bend it at sharp angles.
- Earwax may accumulate in the ear tips, which can reduce sound quality. To restore sound quality, carefully remove wax with a cotton swab or other small tool.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try reducing the volume or stop using the headphones for a while.
- If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
- It is recommended to handle the earbuds with the same care as quality sunglasses and store them in a safe place when not in use.
