First-Time Setup: Bluetooth Pairing
1. Turn on Bluetooth

2. Enter Pairing Mode

3. Connect to Device

Repeated Use
After the JLab JBuds Band has been paired with your device for the first time, the earbuds will automatically connect to the Bluetooth device when powered on. (Follow instructions under BUTTON FUNCTIONS for specific controls).
Equalizer Modes
Press both buttons quickly for different EQ settings. The JBuds JBuds Band will cycle through 3 EQ settings:
- JLab Signature (One Pip): JLab C3™ signature sound with boosted vocals and bass
- BALANCED (Two Pip): Even sound without additional audio enhancements
- BASS BOOST (Three Pip): Amplified bass and sub-bass
Audio Cues
- ON: Chime
- BLUETOOTH PAIRED: 2 Pips
- LOW BATTERY: 'Low Battery' (less than 20%)
- OFF: Chime
Charging
1. Connect Cable

2. Charging Indicator

Fitting
1. Choose Ear Tip Size
Select your preferred ear tip size for a secure fit. [Illustration: Various sizes of ear tips.]
2. Adjust Earbud Position

3. Wear Neckband

Connection Troubleshooting
I Don't See JLab JBuds Band on My Device

JLab Doesn't Connect to My Device Anymore When Turned On

Bluetooth Connects to an Unwanted Device
Note: JLab JBuds Band can remember up to 8 devices. It will attempt to automatically connect to the last device used.
1. Select Correct Device: If you have more than one device that has been connected to JLab JBuds Band, turn OFF Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn ON Bluetooth on the desired device. 2. Re-pair if Necessary: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. Release. The light will flash red and blue to indicate pairing mode. Select 'JLab JBuds Band' in your device settings to connect. Warnings & Cautions
WARNING
- Ensure the USB port is closed and secured. This protects against sweat and water damage. [Illustration: USB port on earbuds shown closed and secured.]
- Before charging, the JLab JBuds Band earbuds must be completely dry. Exposure to moisture can damage internal components. It is best to let them air dry before charging. [Illustration: Earbuds shown air drying before charging.]
CAUTION
- Avoid moisture and liquid in the earbud tips and charging port.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds, pulling hard or applying other extreme force to the cable, or bending the cable at sharp angles.
- Earwax can build up in the earbud tips, which can degrade sound quality. Gently remove wax with a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or discontinuing use of the product for a period.
- If you experience persistent discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- We recommend treating the earbuds with the same care as expensive sunglasses, and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
