Getting Started

Follow these instructions to get started. See other side for controls and troubleshooting.

Step 1: Charging

Charging Earphones

Place the earbuds into the charging case. The earbud indicator lights will turn red while charging and turn off when fully charged.

Charging Case

Connect the charging case to a USB power source using the included USB-C cable. The case indicator lights will show the charging status.

Step 2: Pairing Your Devices

Open the charging case with the earbuds inside. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. On your phone or Bluetooth device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "MEE audio X20" to connect. The earbud indicator lights will flash blue when successfully paired.

Step 3: Wearing

Identify the left and right earbuds. Select the ear tips that provide the best seal and comfort for your ears. Insert the earbuds into your ears and twist gently to ensure a secure fit.

Step 4: Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

To activate ANC, press and hold the touch control on the earbud for 2 seconds. To deactivate ANC, press and hold the touch control again for 2 seconds. ANC is indicated by a green light on the earbud.

Step 5: Fit and Comfort

Ensure a comfortable and secure fit for optimal sound and ANC performance. The earbuds and charging case are designed for long-term wear.

Functionality Controls

• Play/Pause: Tap the touch control once. ▶️
• Next Track: Double-tap the right earbud touch control. ⏩
• Previous Track: Double-tap the left earbud touch control. ⏪
• Volume Up: Tap and hold the right earbud touch control. ➕
• Volume Down: Tap and hold the left earbud touch control. ➖
• Activate Voice Assistant (Google Assistant / Siri): Triple-tap either earbud touch control. ?️
• Activate/Deactivate ANC: Press and hold either earbud touch control for 2 seconds. ⚙️

Troubleshooting

• No Sound: Ensure earbuds are charged and connected. Try cleaning the earbud contacts.
• One Earbud Not Working: Place both earbuds in the charging case, close the lid, wait 10 seconds, and then reopen.
• Connection Issues: Forget the "MEE audio X20" device on your phone and re-pair.
