Application Diagram
The CL1R dimmer is part of a smart lighting system for wardrobes and cabinets. It connects to the power supply for the LED lights. Control can be managed via a mobile application (APP) connected to Tuya Cloud using 4G/5G WiFi, or through voice assistants like Alexa or Google. These smart devices interface with a router, which communicates with a 2.4G gateway. The gateway then links to the CL1R dimmer. Alternatively, direct control is possible using a 2.4G RF remote control or a PIR sensor, both of which communicate directly with the dimmer. The diagram shows the physical connections: power supply to dimmer, and dimmer to the LED strip.
Pairing Instructions
- Connect the wardrobe/cabinet light power supply to the dimmer.
- Short press the "LINK" button on the dimmer once.
- Within 3 seconds, short press the "1" button on the remote control three times.
Result: The indicator light on the dimmer will slow flash three times, confirming successful pairing. ⚠️ If the light does not flash, pairing has failed. Please repeat the steps. Dimmer units that have already been paired cannot be paired again.
Unpairing Instructions
- Connect the wardrobe/cabinet light power supply to the dimmer.
- Short press the "LINK" button on the dimmer once.
- Within 3 seconds, short press the "I" button on the remote control five times.
Result: The indicator light on the dimmer will fast flash ten times, confirming successful unpairing. ⚠️ If the light does not flash, unpairing has failed. Please repeat the steps. Dimmer units that have not been paired do not require unpairing.
