Operating Instructions

Pusher Functions

Pusher A: Short press to turn on the backlight. Long press for about 3 seconds in some function modes to enter the setting state of the function.

Pusher B: Switches between basic function modes. In the setting state, press to select the value to be adjusted. In Normal Time Mode, long press Pusher B for about 3 seconds to delete the current motion data.

Pusher C: In Normal Time Mode, long press for about 3 seconds to turn on or off the step counting.

Pusher D: In Stopwatch Mode, press to start or pause the running seconds. In the setting state, short press to adjust the selected value upward; long press to fast adjust the selected value upward.

Function Modes

Press Pusher B once to toggle between Normal Time Mode, Alarm Mode, and Stopwatch Mode.

Step Counting Mode

In Normal Time Mode, long press Pusher C for 3 seconds to turn on or off the Pedometer Icon. When the Pedometer Icon is on, step count can be saved. The bottom line of data displays step counts. If there is a rest, the user needs to walk at least 15 steps before step count updates on the display. If the rest is longer than 3 minutes, the watch will go into a power saving status.

In Normal Time Mode, press Pusher D once to view steps, calories, distance, speed, and the last history data. The current time and date remain the same, while steps, calories, distance, and speed data are shown at the bottom.

During History Mode, press Pusher C to view step counting data for the last 7 days. The top line displays the history date. For the same date, saved steps, calorie, and distance data will be displayed and switch automatically.

In Normal Time Mode, long press Pusher B for 3 seconds to delete the current motion data.

Time, Date, and User Profile Settings

Press and hold Pusher A for 3 seconds to set the time and date.

After entering the setting state, the value indicating '24H' flashes. Press Pusher D to select between 12H or 24H time of day reading. Press Pusher B to advance to the next setting screen.

The value indicating 'second' flashes. When seconds are selected, press Pusher D to return the second value to zero. If the second value is less than or equal to 30 seconds, the second returns to zero and the minute value remains unchanged. If the second value is greater than or equal to 31 seconds, the second value returns to zero and the minutes are increased by '1'. Press Pusher B to change the modes to be adjusted. The order of settings is: 12H/24H, Seconds, Minutes, Hours, Year, Month, Day, Mile/Km, Height, Weight.

In the setting state, press Pusher A or no Pusher operation within 60 seconds to confirm settings and return to Normal Time Mode.

Alarm and Hourly Chime

In Normal Time Mode, press Pusher B to enter the Alarm Mode.

Press Pusher C once to switch between Alarm 1 and Alarm 2.

Press Pusher D once to toggle between Alarm and Hourly Chime off, Alarm on, Hourly Chime on, and Alarm and Hourly Chime on (4 states).

Setting of Alarm and Snooze

Press and hold Pusher A for 3 seconds to enter the Alarm Time Setting.

During the setting state, the 'minute' value flashes, indicating it has been selected.

Press Pusher D to adjust the selected value incrementally; holding Pusher D allows for rapid incremental adjustment.

In the setting state, press Pusher A or no Pusher operation within 60 seconds to confirm settings and return to Normal Time Mode.

When the snooze function is turned on by the current alarm, it activates without any Pusher operation. After 5 minutes, the alarm will ring again. This repeats up to five times.

Stopwatch Mode

In Stopwatch Mode, press Pusher D once to start running seconds, and press Pusher D again to stop running seconds. When stopped, press Pusher C to reset the stopwatch to zero.

In Stopwatch Mode, press Pusher D to start timing. Press Pusher C to enter segmented timing state (menu changes from ST to SP). This is a half-way measurement. Record the completion time of the first player, then press Pusher C to stop the second player's timing. Press Pusher D to display the timing of the second player, and press Pusher C to reset the stopwatch.

The maximum range of the stopwatch is 23 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds. If the stopwatch continues, it will count from zero.

Battery Replacement

When the display dims or shows no display, please replace with a CR2032 or equivalent battery.
