Battery Disposal and Handling
- Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of used batteries according to local regulations. Keep them away from children.
- Do NOT dispose of batteries in household trash or incinerate them.
- Even used batteries may cause severe injury or death.
- Call a local poison control center for treatment information.
- Battery type: Lithium metal, CR2032.
- Nominal battery voltage: 3.0 V.
- Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
- Do not force discharge, recharge, disassemble, heat above 158°F (70°C), or incinerate batteries. Doing so may result in injury due to venting, leakage, or explosion, leading to chemical burns.
- Ensure batteries are installed correctly according to polarity ([+] and [-]).
- Do not mix old and new batteries, or batteries of different brands or types (e.g., alkaline, carbon zinc, or rechargeable).
- Remove batteries from equipment not used for an extended period of time and recycle or dispose of them according to local regulations.
- Always completely secure the battery compartment. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product, remove the batteries, and keep them away from children.

Operating Instructions
Watch Layout Description
The digital display shows time, date, and various data points. Around the display are indicators and pushers:
- Top Icons: Snooze Icon, Alarm Icon, Pedometer Icon, Hourly Chime Icon, Weight Icon, Height Icon.
- Bottom Icons: Step Count Icon, Calorie Consumption Icon.
- Data Indicators: Distance in MILE or Speed in MILE/hour, Distance in KM or Speed in KM/hour.
- Pushers: Labeled A, B, C, D. Pusher A is typically for backlight/setting. Pusher B cycles through modes. Pusher C is for step counting toggle/history. Pusher D is for stopwatch control/value adjustment.
Pusher Functions
- Pusher A: Short press to turn on the backlight. Long press (approx. 3 seconds) in some function modes to enter the setting state.
- Pusher B: Switches between basic function modes. In setting state, press to select the value to be adjusted. In Normal Time Mode, long press for approx. 3 seconds to delete current motion data.
- Pusher C: In Normal Time Mode, long press for approx. 3 seconds to turn on or off the step counting.
- Pusher D: In Stopwatch Mode, press to start or pause running seconds. In setting state, short press to adjust the selected value upward; long press to fast adjust the selected value upward.
Function Modes
Use Pusher B to toggle between the main modes:
- Normal Time Mode: Displays current time and date.
- Alarm Mode: For setting alarms and hourly chimes.
- Stopwatch Mode: For timing events.

Step Counting Mode
- In Normal Time Mode, long press Pusher C for 3 seconds to turn the Pedometer Icon on or off.
- When the Pedometer Icon is on, step count is saved. The bottom line of the display shows step counts.
- A minimum of 15 steps is required before step count updates on the display.
- If there is a rest period longer than 3 minutes, the watch enters a power-saving status.
- In Normal Time Mode, press Pusher D once to view steps, calories, distance, speed, and the last history data. The current time and date remain displayed, with other data shown at the bottom.
- During History Mode, press Pusher C to view step counting data for the last 7 days. The top line displays the history date, and saved steps, calorie, and distance data are shown sequentially.
- In Normal Time Mode, long press Pusher B for 3 seconds to delete the current motion data.
Time, Date, and User Profile Settings
- Press and hold Pusher A for 3 seconds to enter the time and date setting mode.
- The "24H" value will flash. Press Pusher D to select between 12H or 24H time format. Press Pusher B to advance to the next setting screen.
- The "second" value will flash. Press Pusher D to reset seconds to zero. If seconds are 30 or less, the minute value remains unchanged. If seconds are 31 or more, seconds reset to zero and the minute value increments by one. Press Pusher B to advance and Pusher D to change values. Repeat for all settings.
- The order of settings is: 12H/24H, Seconds, Minutes, Hours, Year, Month, Day, Units (Mile/Km), Height, Weight.
- Settings are confirmed after 60 seconds of inactivity or by pressing Pusher A.
Alarm and Hourly Chime in Alarm Mode
- In Normal Time Mode, press Pusher B to enter Alarm Mode.
- Press Pusher C to switch between Alarm 1 and Alarm 2.
- Press Pusher D to toggle through states: Alarm/Hourly Chime Off, Alarm On, Hourly Chime On, Alarm and Hourly Chime On (4 states).
Setting of Alarm and Snooze
To set an alarm:
- Press and hold Pusher A for 3 seconds to enter the Alarm Time Setting.
- The "minute" value will flash, indicating it is selected for adjustment.
- Press Pusher D to adjust the value incrementally. Hold Pusher D for rapid adjustment.
- Press Pusher B to move to the next setting (e.g., from minutes to hours).
- Settings are confirmed after 60 seconds of inactivity or by pressing Pusher A.
- If the snooze function is enabled, the alarm will repeat approximately every 5 minutes, up to five times.
Stopwatch Mode
- To start the stopwatch, press Pusher D. Press Pusher D again to stop.
- When stopped, press Pusher C to reset the stopwatch to zero.
- For split times (half-way measurements), press Pusher D to start, then Pusher C to enter segmented timing (ST changes to SP). Record the first player's time, then press C to stop the second player's timing, and D to display the second player's time. Press C to reset.
- The maximum range of the stopwatch is 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds. It resets to zero after reaching its maximum.
Battery Replacement
The watch button cell or coin battery is not intended to be replaced by a consumer. Only a jeweler or other professional should replace the battery.
