Before starting the installation, please thoroughly check the listed accessories below and read this manual attentively. Then proceed with the assembly step by step. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Our gazebo ships in just 1 box. Please check the manual to ensure you have received all the parts. If anything is missing, feel free to contact us through your order page. We will respond to any messages within 24 hours and resolve any issues for you.

Some of Your Concerns:

• Please note that if you find any damage to the package upon arrival, resulting in loss of internal components or visible damage, please contact us. We will take responsibility for any damages caused during transportation.
• Please ensure that you begin installation after receiving both boxes of the package. If not, please contact us to inquire about the corresponding package status, and we will respond within 24 hours.
• Product stability has been tested: the product can withstand winds of approximately 40-60 mph and a static pressure test of 6.5 lbs per square foot after correct installation and fixation. (Snow accumulation of about 7 inches in thickness will not pose a threat to the product.)
• If you have any questions regarding accessory defects, product use, or product installation, please feel free to contact us. We have simple installation videos available for you.

Some Precautions:

• Please use the tools we provide to secure the gazebo to the wall to ensure stability. Please purchase matching ground stakes for securing the product to the ground according to the installation area you plan. If you are unsure about how to choose, please let us know.
• Please tighten the screws after ensuring that all screw holes have been properly inserted to avoid uneven hole alignment.
• Please use a ladder when installing the top part.
• Keep children away during the installation process, as the product contains small parts that could be swallowed.
• Do not choose to install the product in strong winds or severe weather conditions.

Assembly Steps

STEP 1: Assemble Leg Structures

Connect the Top Back Legs (A) and Top Front Legs (B1) to the Bottom Legs (C) using Leg Connections (L). Secure these connections with Bolts (W1). This step creates the four main vertical support legs. The diagram shows two main leg assemblies being formed, each consisting of a top leg piece connected to a bottom leg piece.

STEP 2: Attach Base Connections

Attach Wall & Floor Connections (M) to the base of the assembled leg structures (A/B1 and C). Use Bolts (W1) and Waterproof Washers (Z1) for securing. Beam Connections (X1) are also used in this step. This reinforces the base of each leg.

STEP 3: Install Main Beams (Part 1)

Connect Side Beams (D) and Side Beams (D3) to the leg assemblies. Use Beam Connections (N) and Bolts (W1). Beam Plugs (U) are also inserted. This step begins forming the main horizontal frame of the pergola.

STEP 4: Install Main Beams (Part 2)

Attach the remaining Side Beams (D and D3) to the other side of the leg assemblies using Bolts (Y). This completes the main rectangular frame of the pergola.

STEP 5: Add Corner Supports

Attach the Right Beam Hold (O) and Left Beam Hold (P) to the corners of the main frame. Secure these with Bolts (W1). These brackets provide additional stability to the structure.

STEP 6: Assemble Roof Supports

Connect the Board Arms (E) to the Arm & Beam Connections (Q) using Bolts (W1). This creates the individual roof support beams.

STEP 7: Attach Roof Supports to Frame

Attach the assembled roof supports (E/Q) to the main pergola frame (D/D3) using Bolts (W1). Tip: Part Q is used by slotted holes; please use the same sides of both holes to make the top side of Q higher than Part D. Slotted holes will support the cover board more strongly.

STEP 8: Install Roof Panels

Place the UV Protected Boards (K2) onto the assembled roof supports. The diagram shows four K2 panels being positioned to form the roof surface.

STEP 9: Secure Roof Panels

Attach Board Protection (F) and Arm Protection (R) to secure the UV Protected Boards (K2) to the roof supports. Use Bolts (W1) for fastening. This step ensures the roof panels are firmly attached.

STEP 10: Secure Pergola

Use Expansion Bolts (Z5) to secure the pergola to the ground or a wall. The diagram shows dimensions for placement (164cm, 203.3cm, 4cm) and how Z5 is used with Wall & Floor Connections (M) for anchoring.
